Kinjal makes you feel like you're catching up with an old friend - she's accommodating, welcoming and does an amazing job! I made an online appointment and even arrived ahead of time. When I arrived and called the number at the door, she stated that she had already left for the day. I wasted so much valuable time. So disappointed. Don't go by online appointments I guess even though the service is "appointment only". Front door is also a little hard to find because it's facing the alley behind the main street. I wanted to also leave a review for Kinjal who is the business owner for Just Perfect Threading. So impressed with her! I had my threading done before from a lady in Belmont, but in comparison, I can't even describe how painless the experience was with Kinjal, she transformed my eyebrows in no time and also pain-free! which was shocking to me considering I always dreaded doing threading with my former threader who was good but I always had some cuts or some reaction. I will no longer go anywhere else, thank you Kinjal! I also had my hair done with Neha, who is the hairstylist there, she was exceptional, she did my balayage and I loved the colors, what was before a dull dark brown she transformed to coppery brown tone's and it was just in time for my wedding, Neha is so talented so much more reasonable than most of the salon's that do balayage and ombre, so you must see her quickly before she get's overbooked and busy! After almost 6 months without getting my eyebrows done due to Miss Rona, I was getting desperate for the caterpillars to get some much needed time and attention. Since I'm new the South Bay, I needed to find my new go-to threading salon and I'm 100% sure I just found it! Just Perfect Threading Salon is tucked in a small alley way off of the main Santa Cruz Ave. It's super cute and quaint and they are SO quick there! I was in an out in less than 10 minutes and that was for my eyebrows and upper lip. The artist followed my natural brow shape and they definitely look "on fleek" after. Just got my upper lip threaded by Kinjal, and she did a epic job. I've been here once before and she did my whole face, I didn't know I needed it so I was surprised how much white hair was on my face! She is one of the best threaders I've ever been to, I've been to a couple that have messed up my brows big time... eyebrows are super important to your whole face, they frame your eyes, so they need to be the perfect length and perfect level of thickness depending on your eye size. My eyes are kinda small so I go with a thinner brow whereas my daughters have huge eyes so there brows are larger and thicker. Kinjal is the best; I don't give 30% tips to everyone! read more

Great experience. Kinjal was very nice and fast. She asked me how I wanted my brows done, and then had me check to make sure everything looked OK. I kept my mask on during brows, and took it off for lip/chin. She wore a mask the entire time. She was very gentle as well. Be WARNED! Threading may cause scars. Read on for the story. My wife had been coming here a few times and thought that the threading was great. The problem started when she decided to get a full-face threading. After coming home from the treatment, she noticed that there was small drops blood on her jaw line. The thread had pinched her skin and tore it! We emailed the business and didn't get a response, so we went in to talk to the woman. She told us that it happens often to many of her clients and that it will heal. We didn't believe her. I talked to her some more and she offered to give my wife a free facial if the scars are still there in a week. A lot of good that will do! Scars are pretty much permanent! A week later, the marks are still visible on the skin, but we're not going back. My wife at the time was also starting to see a new esthetician. The esthetician told her that the wounds will become micro-scars and will damage the skin. Upon further inspection, my wife noticed that there was scarring also on her eyebrows! Without her's help, we wouldn't have known to stay away. I've uploaded some pictures as evidence. Threading is not regulated and can have adverse affects as my wife has shown. Be careful and make sure to check your skin! It might look good from far away, but you may be damaging it further. We were very, very upset with this place and the situation and we won't be going back. read more

Kinjal is always sweet and welcoming when I visit her. She always asks when she's done if everything looks okay and makes sure I am happy when I leave. It's nice to get the package deal she has to save a little bit everytime you go. I just wish it was a bit brighter in the salon so I can see the stray hairs better. I often find little ones (because I'm a bit picky). Although, I never regret coming to see her for my eyebrow needs! read more

I went here for a Mini facial with a friend of mine last week. (We had purchased the Living Social voucher). We'd a fantastic experience at her salon - Kinjal's fingers worked pure magic and we came out with a glowing facial. The half hour timing worked well too, because we could then grab lunch at LG downtown aftrewards. Her salon was very neat, tidy and professional and the spa room was very soothing and comfy. I loved the skin creams she used on my face, each smelling better than the previous one... very natural & subdued aromatherapy with fragrances such as Sandal and peach. WHY I WENT HERE: - redeem Groupon for underarm waxing THE EXPERIENCE: - can be difficult to find parking; parked in the neighborhood and followed Google maps while walking to the storefront - didn't realize you can park in the back, which will streamline your walk to the storefront - entering, it looks and feels like a cottage; lots of natural light and warmly greeted - I didn't like how I had to be navigated through a room (at the time occupied by another client and worker) to enter the room I was to be waxed in; felt a bit intrusive for the other client - I didn't like how while I was being waxed, the woman waxing me answered her phone (wasn't even a business phone, it was her cell phone) to let the person on the end of the line know she was currently with a client and asked them to call in a few more minutes; I would've appreciated if the call was just ignored during my session and for her to check her voicemail and/or call that client back after my session was complete read more

I have been coming here for a few years now and I love it! Kinjal is always quick and I am in and out within 10 minutes. Parking can be a bit tricky, but I can usually find a spot on the street on Bachman, then walk down Victory Lane to her shop. Very inconsiderate, business says by appointment only, but even with an appointment she no showed to her own office, I called 4xs left a voice mail because she didn't answer, even called the number listed on the door and texted because that's what the paper said to do. Still no response from the person. Yelp says the office is open, but really it wasn't not sure why the website allowed me to schedule an appointment. I get it people need days off, but it's just inconsiderate when a customer makes an appointment per the business requires you to make one , and they don't even show up.
