I regularly visit this salon for threading and facials and have generally had good experiences. However, after bringing my guest for a facial, we noticed several blackheads had not been removed. When we contacted the salon, the response felt defensive, suggesting she should have mentioned it during the facial and that deeper blackheads may require more than one session. While I understand this, the staff should have checked the results and explained any limitations before we left. We returned later, but the staff used a metal extraction tool very aggressively, causing significant pain. I also had to point out the remaining blackheads individually. When I privately shared my concerns, the response was dismissive and suggested I find another salon. I appreciate that they allowed us to return, but the poor communication, aggressive extraction, and lack of a final check made the experience disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service and ensure extractions are performed safely and gently. read more

I love Hetal and she's super understanding about me being picky with my eyebrows. I just get nervous whenever she's not there and her employees are there. I feel as though they need more practice. I urgently needed my brows done and with research, I decided to schedule an appointment with a specific person here because I am very cautious with who does my eyebrows. When I arrived, the girl who let me in did not introduce herself but I assumed it would be the person I asked for specifically considering the place was really small and just a room in someone's home. I made it clear that I did not want her to thin my brows but just to clean it up. I repeated this as she was doing it as well because I noticed it hurting and taking longer than usual. After she handed me the mirror, I immediately knew it was not the girl I asked for because of how awful my brows looked. AND THEN someone came in asking for the girl I scheduled with and the lady doing my brows said "she'll be right in". I asked if she was the girl I scheduled with and without hesitation, she immediately said "no she will do yours next time". ARE YOU JOKING ME. SHE KNEW ALL ALONG. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what it is, but definitely didn't expect such a service. After reading all the raving reviews I was satisfied I'm going to be finding a threading place close to my house and someone who'll do a great job. I showed up on time, and she let me in. (No hello, no welcome, absolutely no greeting) She told me to lay down and started working on my eyebrows. I'm all for not talking if you don't wanna talk, but she didn't even have a smile. She did my eyebrows and chin, and I asked her to thread my neck as well. She recommended waxing instead and I told her sure, no problem. The wax was so hot, and she was so hasty in getting it off, my neck has boils all over. I'm not someone with a super sensitive skin so it's definitely something she used or her technique. And generally after waxing or threading, I'm used to the technician applying some aloe Vera or soothing gel just to soothe the skin. Absolutely nothing. I showed up at 4:40 pm, by 4:50 I was out. I also love efficient and fast work, but 10 minutes to do eyebrows, lips, chin, and wax? So displeased and not happy. And the thread kept snapping in my face because of how fast she was going to get things done. If you were having a bad day, I'd have appreciated you just telling me to come back, instead of trying to rush through. Also, there was no thank you, nothing after I was done.
