I have since shared photos with multiple permanent makeup artists, all of whom expressed surprise at the lack of visible results. I do not believe I should be required to spend additional money to have another artist correct work that did not produce the agreed-upon outcome. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this permanent makeup artist.

I don't think this is the right studio that suits my needs and sensitivity. Owner saw me crying when I was at the sink trying to wash off my glue residue lol. She straight up said "you need to call your Uber" while my Uber was literally in front of the store. Mid-service, she approached me as John was doing a removal and earlier I requested a partial refund. She said no, they don't do refunds because I signed the consent form already that said I agreed to all terms. Really just horrible and unsympathetic place. I'm in my Uber crying again. I just thought it was so cruel how she kept dismissing my needs and telling me everything would heal in 1-2 days. I've had chemical burns before and they don't take me 1-2 days of healing at all. For me personally I at least need 2 weeks. Would not recommend if you have sensitive or dry eyes!
