They are always friendly while being conscious of the security of my account. When I had questions about a loan that did not even originate from their bank, the woman I spoke with was extremely helpful in explaining what my options were based on her knowledge of those types of loans.

I tried again to call the 855 tele number and was Number 1 in the Q for 12 minutes. I feel like closing my accounts there after this experience.
