Which has never been a problem before. My prescriptions had completely ran out and I need at least a re-up on my Dexcom monitoring device, which has nothing to do with my blood sugars other than monitoring. The nurse told me I have to be seen with bloodwork done. I told her I am in debt with LabCorp and I couldn't afford bloodwork at this moment. I just need sensors prescription re-up that will give me time to pay off LabCorp and get blood work done so they can assess my insulin needs. I've always understood the protocol and I don't have a problem with it. With even the fact that I am in a hardship situation financially she still would not do the prescription or talk to anybody about it. I have never been retreated so coldly and rudely to have a protocol put above my life. I would've even have taken a sample but no, I guess it's either get your blood work done or die. So I hope anybody reading this understands what they're getting themselves into when they go to this doctor's office. Dr. offices are supposed to help people not make things worse. I've always been a good patient for them and now it seems I am not.

I brought my daughter for an x-ray because she hurt her ankle the day before and was still limping. We get checked in and there's one person ahead of us. Then one of the receptionists tells me there's an issue with my insurance. I know we're insured, so I call them to find out what's going on. Another family has come in after us and is now waiting. While I'm on hold with insurance, I let the front staff know that if I can't figure out the issue, I'll self-pay and I ask if we're still in line. They say, yes. I find out there's an issue on my employer side that needs to be fixed, but there's nothing I can do now. While I'm finishing up, they take the family that came in after us. I ask them what's going on. They say they need to fix something on the computer before they take us back. I'm asking them to please take my daughter back and not make us wait after another patient who came in after us. They refused. I probably should have just swallowed it and stayed, but I simply couldn't believe that they would not take my daughter to be seen before the other family because of something they needed to change on the computer. One thing has nothing to do with the other. The lack of compassion when there's an 8 year old sitting there patiently, waiting to be seen and the mom is practically begging made it so I will never go to a Collier Urgent Care again. The provider may have been excellent and caring and lovely. I'll never know because we left. I think we should expect better of those in the medical field. I just wanted a little humanity, not - we need to change something in the computer before we can see your daughter. Awful.

Went for a pre op exam. Worse experience I've ever had with a medical office. The attending…read morephysician was a resident who was absolutely the worse doctor I ever met. First and most important she did not listen to a word I said. They took one BP reading which was inaccurate with a EKG that was incorrect. Asked questions about my health that were inane. Never met the supervisor until the last five minutes of the exam. She was as unqualified as the resident. I would not use NCH for splinter removal. Don't use the medical facility.

Both my doctor and her assistant are so attentive, courteous, and helpful. I am SO GRATEFUL that my insurance selected them and feel like I hit the lotto in getting the best care. Having a doctor that genuinely cares about their patients and their health, addressing all of their concerns, and going out of their way in giving them the extra time and care instead (instead of just seeing them as another number) is so important and valuable to me. Despite being a new patient, I was able to get an appointment here right away. The facility is clean, as well. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you so much to all of the wonderful staff here who I spoke with as every single one of them were super caring and helpful in assisting me. :)

The worst doctors office I have ever been to in my 52 years. Want an appointment? Good luck…read moregetting to a person or a timely call back. You basically need to drive there to get an appointment. Appointments are never on time. But let's say you are called back immediately. You will be sitting in the room for a long time. I have witnessed office staff arguing with each other to a point it was uncomfortable. I have seen them be rude to patients. In my last experience, after waiting a year to finally get back in with my Dr, I waited 20min before they announced 4 people including myself that they were cancelling our appointments due to a "worldwide" computer issue. I walked out and I will never return. To add insult to injury, I only need the appointment for medication refill and one I had waited 3 months for and drove 30 minutes to get to.
