This is my second interaction with this facility. I came here for a chest X-ray. I called for an appointment and they told me can you come in today at !2:30. Since I could not get an appointment with another company I said sure. I checked in, sat down, and waited. I could not have waited any longer than 10 minutes. They called me, escorted me back to the X-ray room, took the X-rays, and I was out of there. My previous interaction with this facility, my care was very similar. Fast and efficient. read more

personal care nursing staff 3rd floor was horrible. call buttons took 1/2 hr to 45 minutes to be answered even by voice. food directives given by the doctor was ignored. The bed wheels disintegrated and were just left in pieces underneath. The transport bed was filthy with medical wrappers, dirt, & stains. cafeteria tables remained untouched between meals. I purposely placed salt/pepper and honey on a table at breakfast, it was still there at 2:30. techs didn't flush pee after emptying urinals. The constant alarms and notifications to nurses voided any sleep along with the continual nighttime parade of nurses and techs, each patient having different head nurses, tech crews and medical needs. read more

Had to go there late last night. Nobody there. Did the paper work and had a seat. Seemed a long wait before going in considering 4 or 5 people were discharged before going in. Nurse and doctor were nice. The NP prescribed an antibiotic taken every six hours, but by the time the pharmacies opened, 8 hours would elapse. The smart thing would have been to give me two instead of one. I should have caught it but I was in some pain plus I wanted to leave. As said before, it is freezing in the waiting room. read more

Receptionist at the emergency room needs some bedside manners. Nasty as a Viper. Nurses are otherwise nice and place is as clean as can be. Plan on a long wait and bring a sweater because it is freezing in here. read more

If i could leave less than one star i would. Horrible and rude staff. For working with children they sure are mean. Treated are family in a disgusting way and brought 4 security guards because we were "too many people". Apparently having your family members here is an offense. Instead of being polite we were treated like less. Not one friendly face. Please take your loved ones some where else. read more

I went to NCH on 1/25/22. I went to the Er and I honestly have to say I had the best care. I was taken in quickly and addressed in priority order (meaning those most serious taken first). The reason I did not give 5 stars is it was kind of dirty. In my bay there were 2 dead bugs on the floor and the window shade in the lobby (up high) was really gross. Honestly, that did not change my level of care and attention. I would recommend this ER to anyone. read more

Nurses are awesome but the emergency room is slow as molasses. Not to mention, instead of giving my daughter medicine to combat her pain the doctor told her that pain was just part of life and that she needed to tough it out. He said that it isn't a doctor's job to make pain go away but to heal you. And then went into a lecture over the entire opioid crisis in America. Seriously?!?! As my daughter is crying in pain he gives her this lecture. read more

Once again at the worst place to be sick. Arrived at 944pm. Now 12:30 am AND STILL NO DOCTOR!!! What's even worse is the Asian hate expressed at the front desk. I was made to use hand sanitizer and no one else was. I watched and couldn't believe the racism! This guard then took my license and held it for 10 minutes. And he kept holding it. Then when he finally got done printing my I'd tag he started talking to someone else. Whoa, I walked over and took my license and the name tag out if his hands. This guard then had the audacity to scream at me. I ignored him and wrote this review. Ugh. Physician's Regional next time. read more
