Hands down the best experience I've had in Naples for any medical issue I've had! The whole staff is amazing, from the front desk, to the nurses, techs & PAs. I kinda hate writing this review, because there is hardly ever any wait and I don't want that to change... lol, yes, I'm selfish;) Seriously though, after going there a few times off and on over the years when my other primary care doctors were to busy to see me, I decided that I was getting much better care from people who see you as people and care about every aspect of your health. Was just there. Have insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield wasn't pulling up in their computer called health insurance verified everything everything was fine on their end. Got attitude from the Desk person. Not my fault. It wasn't pulling up. Don't need to get attitude when I'm sitting there waiting and being kind and patient. I am not going to give someone my hard earned money when they're being rude. So I left I don't give someone else it and maybe their computer will work and pull up my insurance. Had a great experience with my toddler at the office! I had my other toddler with me and the staff did such a great job watching him so I can do the x-ray with my daughter. The x-ray was quick and the PA was quick to give me results also. Adrian was very gentle with my daughter's broken hand and kept both of us calm with the news. Dirty, arrogant, irresponsible and insulting I went tro Redi-Med on Saturday, Feb. 24 at noon to make a test, which kind of flu I was infected with. When I arrived I was the only one in the waiting room. Still I had to wait 30 minutes until I was asked to come in. Inside my wait continued in a small treatment room for another 30 minutes until somebody showed. This room was so dirty and gross, a pet shelter is more clean and hygenic. I am very surprised that the Health Department has not closed this facility already. The people who entered the room had zero manners. Nobody who entered the room would greet me or even introduce themselves. I still don't know, who was there to see me. I don't know their names, if they were doctors or nurses, nothing. Once they took the 2 swabs they told me I would have the results within 10 minutes, but it took another 30 minutes until a man came to me to tell me the results were negativ. He told me they would prescribe me an antibiotic. They did not tell me what, nor discussed they with me anything in terms of medications or alternatives. The prescription was sent electronically to Walgreens. At Walgreens I picked up my medication. At home I googled, what was that, that Redi-Med has prescribed, because I have never heard of this before. The truth is they have mixed up my medication. Instead of a antibiotic they submitted to Walgreens the wrong prescription: Cadista Methylprednisolone 4 mg, this is a steroid to treat arthritis, blood disorders, severe allergic reactions, certain cancers, eye conditions and such severe things. I red further, the list of the side effect is very long. But to sum it up: people can potentially die from such mistakes! Since the UrgentCare was already closed I had to wait until Monday morning to get a new prescription. I sent an email telling them that they prescribed the wrong medicine that was not agreed upon and that I would have never consented in taking steroids. They responded:"Oh, so sorry, we wanted to prescribe an antibiotic called Ceftin and Prednisone. We will check what happened." Another email followed:"Your new prescription is ready for pickup at Wallgreens". I did, but Walgreens refused to take the first wrongly prescribed medicine back. They said I would get it refunded from the Urgent Care clinic which issued the wrong prescription. So I emailed Redi-Med again asking for refund and where to send the Steroids. I received an arrogant email back saying: "We don't refund anything." I wrote back that instead of antibiotics they prescribed me a deadly steroid. They answered - again very arrogant - that I was not a health expert, and I could not know that this was deadly. In fact this Steroid would safe lives and they will not refund me. This medicine may safe lives - for people that have such severe conditions and need it. For others with completely different symptoms or conditions it can be deadly. And yes, I am not an expert, but I can read and thank god I did before taking the wrong drugs prescribed by Redi-Med. Facts are Redi-Med prescribed the wrong medicine and won't take responsibility for that, they have lowest hygienic standards and treat their patients like dumb money bringing pieces of meat. Got a covid test there Saturday 1-15-22. $100 out of pocket bc they don't accept insurance. Called my insurance company and they said they would fully 100% cover the test AND reimburse me. I think it's quite ridiculous that we as people pay for our damn health insurance and we're not able to use it ??? Fucking ridiculous, I gave them basically every penny I had to get this damn test. I love this location and all but that was awful. Why have health insurance if you're not able to use it ?????? I come here all the time now. Never wait very long. Staff is friendly. Also they actually ask a lot of question. Not herding cattle. Also don't feel they give unesasary referrals for doctors you don't need to see or pay for. Todd is great. I now use it as my primary care doc. read more

We had just moved to Naples and I had a serious allergic reaction. I didn't know any doctors in town or even where the nearest emergency room was located, but I had noticed a Redi-Med sign from Immokalee Road and pulled into the lot on a Saturday. Adrian Ungureanu (PAC) rapidly diagnosed the issue and gave me a shot, as well as called in a prescription for me and gave me significant follow-up instructions. In my view, he saved my life, (on a Saturday!), and facilitated appropriate follow-up care. As I left Redi-Med, I was advised that they handle primary care as well - from immunizations to lab work and follow-up. Since that dreadful day, my family and I have returned again and again to Redi-Med over the past few years for primary care, lab work, and life's unexpected illnesses, and have been successfully treated by both Adrian Ungureanu (PAC) and Todd Eacker (PAC), who have gained my trust and that of my family. This is a great practice, with caring health care professionals, who really know their stuff, with the incredible added benefit that you don't need an appointment and they work on Saturdays. Went here with a friend who has been extremely sick for multiple days. As college students finance is always a question and when asking about billing the receptionist was horribly rude. Condescending, dismissive, and miserable don't even begin to describe her outputting persona. We left shortly after to find a different walk in location and therefore I cannot give a review on the actual health care provided. However, if in search of a walk in clinic keep looking! The receptionist alone is enough to keep driving as she should not be anywhere near the general public, let alone in a professional health care setting. read more

Showed up with a sick kid at 1:30 on a Saturday. Their sign says they are open until 2:00. Was told by the receptionist that the practitioner decide they were done for the day. Wouldn't see us. Nobody else was waiting. Don't post operating times and not abide by them. read more
