Hancock Bank & Trust is old fashioned banking with modern technology. When you call or go in any branch the staff recognizes and greets you. They are super customer oriented. Their investment products carry very competitive rates and usually exceed other institutions. When we moved to Louisville years ago we kept our accounts with Hancock Bank and have never had an issue even though we are across the state from their branches. She explained the process that would happen before we even started the application. I started a savings account with them and am looking into setting up my actual banking with the company.
