From Loise at the front desk to my hygienist Ayleen, to everyone of the staff who greet patients, the professionalism and warmth comes from the top. My smile, I now flash as often as I can. PATIENTS BEWARE! Today, when inquiring about insurance and billing, the insurance manager was down right rude. She failed to carefully listen and respond and instead was defensive, talking over me and then hung up on me. I caution all new and existing patients to read the fine print on your treatment plan recommendations before signing and getting treatments. They claim to "check insurance before an appointment" however upon arrival and making treatment plan recommendations they fail to tell you it's quite the contrary. (read the fine print). Why tell a patient "we checked your insurance and it is covered" and then share treatment recommendations that are not covered by your insurance? My 70 year old husband had fluoride added to his treatment plan (totally unnecessary) and it was NOT covered. We were duped by what they said and also what they chose not to share. Those sneaky little charges add up here and there and before you know it you are paying a couple hundred dollars, if not more. Shameful! I would never recommend this practice to anyone!
