I was especially impressed by the dedication of the Program Navigator Magda Griego who was very responsible and kind. She was very helpful starting from the minute I made my appointment. Thanks for her calls and letter with detailed preparation instructions including the need to hold off prescriptions and also reminding calls three days before the appointment date and time.

Dr. Lah seemed quite bothered with the fact that he had to see another doctor's patient....and he didn't hide his feelings about this. He was very rude, arrogant and had terrible bedside manner. Everything that he said he was going to do (follow up after labs and call back with results) was not done. When my husband called the doctors office to follow up on results, the staff said there was no lab results. He was told that they would find out the status and call him back. He never received calls back (even weeks after the tests were done) and kept calling back and got the same response every time. The only reason my husband would go back would be to specifically see Dr. Shindel. These two doctors are like night and day and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Shindel (if you can get an appointment to see him.)
