They cancelled on me the day before my appointment I waited weeks for. People at the front desk are also very rude.

My first interaction with this office was very unpleasant; the staff were very rude. This doctor was dismissive. I met with him for less than a minute. He asked me what was wrong, why I was there, and who referred me. After I provided the information he requested, he asked me to follow him to the reception area. The receptionist then told me that a referral would be submitted for a procedure. I did not understand why this procedure was necessary, and no one explained it to me. I later received the authorization letter. I have called the Dr's office so many times and no one answers the freaking phone. In addition, the staff have been very rude and extremely unhelpful. Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. I do not recommend this doctor. read more

I dumped LA Care and switched to Kaiser and got a real doctor and my health is better now since they actually acted like a doctor and not someone who is just trying to make money and do horrible work. Very unprofessional. Receptionist has no phone etiquette, The other staff is extremely rude when any questions or concerns are asked. Constant HIPPA violations. They even tried to give me medical results over the phone not by the physician. I don't know how this place is still running with such bad service. This place clearly does not have it together. I have been trying to set an appointment for a month with no success. This location is the absolute worst. I got sick in August, 2022 and as of today I have not been scheduled for my endoscopy and colonoscopy. They give false information. I recently called to provide them with my new insurance so they can schedule me since that was all they needed and they said I NEED TO GO HAND THEM MY INSURANCE CARD FOR THEM TO SCAN IT THEMSELVES.( ALICIA THE LADY WHO DEALS WITH APPOINTMENTS SAID I WAS ABLE TO FAX IT OVER).... Waste of fucking time ... I have never heard of a medical location that asks for a in person insurance card that is needed for them to check if you are eligible. Do they think I pulled this insurance ID # out of my ass? Don't waste your time coming here. My father in law has been in need of a gastroenterologist for months now. We finally get a response for an appointment and Erlinda (a misleading, unprofessional office manager with poor office etiquette) told her secretary, who was very very helpful, the wrong address to give to us so we get there and the staff is absolutely rude. No one knew where Erlinda is. No one wanted to help us out. I definitely wouldn't recommend going here if you need medical attention asap. Definitely understand why the rating is so low because why wouldn't it be? I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more

Specially one called Sandy, a latin girl who were making fun and moving my appointments just because she seems upset about her own life. Wow...this review should be a shocker. I was scheduled to get a colonoscopy at this place and was contacted the day before my appointment for final instructions. At that time I was told to bring in my COVID test. What COVID test? Nowhere in my lengthy rules to follow did it say anywhere that I would need to get a COVID test. They explained that it was COVID procedures. Sure, I get it...but properly notify people. I explained that I had all three vaccinations but that didn't matter. They said I'd have to reschedule. No problem, who looks forward to a colonoscopy anyways?? I called today to reschedule and they now claim I have to pay a $50 fine (fee) for cancelling. That ain't no fee, its a freakin FINE! I said that I was never informed of the need for a test and they said it didn't matter. The bottom line is that they won't reschedule me unless I pay the fine. I told them I'd NEVER reschedule with them and that they can stick their fine where only a colonoscopy will find it. Can you believe the outright greediness of this place? Do they actually think it's ok to treat people this way?? Anyone thinking of using this place for the GI test should really think twice about a place of medicine that cares more about marking $50 than taking care of someone's medical needs. I'm shocked. I can't recall ever wanting to tell someone to go F-off more before in my life. These people are garbage. read more

The worst service I have ever received from a medical provider. I was scheduled for an endoscopy at St. Francis. I had no idea who did the procedure bc the doctor did not even introduce himself. Instead, he just shoved a scope down my throat while I struggled the entire time with no intervention and then the doctor left without saying a word. I was told to follow up with my PCP but not told when, etc. Worst service ever. Not only was the procedure bad but the hospital was disgusting. All of the hand sanitizers near me were completely out of solution. No wonder people get sick at that hospital. I doubt that proper hand washing is in effect. If I had a choice, I would go elsewhere. read more

This office was extremely unprofessional! If you want your medical concerns to remain private, avoid this location! After waiting for more than an hour, the Office Manager was extremely loud in explaining the instructions about what possible medical procedure I was going to have done. She blatantly spoke very loudly and it was very embarrassing knowing all those people in the waiting room could hear exactly what she was saying and what procedure she was referring to. As I left the office, others in the waiting room looked up at me and the environment became very quiet! It was very embarrassing and inappropriate to have others know about my business.
