Called this morning, held for about 8 minutes, then got a message that voicemail is full and to callback later--THEN I WAS HUNG UP ON. This office is run terribly. Very unprofessional and low service standards. I left several messages requesting a callback from the office manager some time ago--SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK EITHER.

This office put me through the ringer of stress and BS when I called requesting helping from a physician who I presumed knew enough about UC to know that jury duty is an unequivocal nonstarter. I have been trying for 2 years to get copies of my records in order to transfer my care properly and to date have gotten no help. Dr Oliver began the procedure and I told it was not working they gave me more sedative and he kept pushing the probe in. I complain it was not working as he pushed more. They gave me another shot and it did not work. They reinserted the iv and gave me another shot. Dr quack never stopped and was removing the probe I watched as he cut out a polyp and he continued to withdraw the probe. After the procedure they gave me an ice for my swollen hand from so many injections that never reach my blood stream. The sedative kick in in the car on my way home. This was the worst experience in my life. Save yourself from this charlatan.

I said I wanted to cancel, and the staff member didn't even apologize for the delay or the wasted time. I wasted an entire hour between driving there, sitting in their waiting room, and driving back home. Totally unprofessional and disorganized. If this is how they manage appointments and treat first-time clients, I would never trust them with a laser.

The staff also wears gloves when handling bodily fluids or when touching patients. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is small. Many times, the parking lot will be full. I just park at Walgreens and walk over. Or, you can park in the massive parking lot with the supermarket across the street and walk over. You have plenty of options. Don't worry. The medical office itself is extremely clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The receptionists here are very quick, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Tim Chen himself is fricken funny, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

I've truly never had such a horrible experience with a doctor before in my life. The office staff…read morewas incompetent - unable to answer direct questions, return calls in a timely matter, were rushing in office and so anxious. I started seeing the Dr in August of 2024 and was in extreme pain - I had asked then for a SIBO test. I pushed and pushed but after months of other testing (blood work, ultrasound, stool tests, colonoscopy, endoscopy) I was finally given a SIBO test. The company they did it with sent the doctor the entirely wrong test results and I had to be the one to call the company and get the correct test results which diagnosed me with SIBO. This happened in June of 2025. The doctor tried to tell me this was psychological. Overall, horrible care... I changed doctors finally and am receiving the care I finally need. Go elsewhere to someone who will listen and not go for a cash grab. Truly, the worst medical experience I've ever had.
