I was informed my appointment was move to Wednesday!!!! They claimed I signed into a "portal" and changed it. I did not sign into anything and I did not change the appointment. I begged and begged for my appointment back. They were rude and said that they were not going to fix my mistake. Then I received an email from Safelite saying THEY changed my appointment due to over scheduling or windshield not available. THEY ADMITTED THAT THEY CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT!! The lady on the phone was so rude telling me I signed into a "portal" and it was my fault. I started looking for an other glass company. The other company (Combat Vets) had a click-here-for-quote. Their quote was HALF THE PRICE of Safelite!!! At 5:30pm I scheduled the following morning. They came out, cleaned all the glass, replaced my windshield and offered to replace my wipers!!! No updates. No drama. No waiting. I can not believe they canceled my appointment by email and didn't even tell me. I can't believe they were charging twice the price as the competitors!!!

Thankfully I knew better and decided to get a second opinion. Brought my car here without an appointment and they saw me immediately. They were very friendly and fixed the chip within 20 mins and I can't even really see where it was anymore. Also it was only $75. They saved me a lot of money with their honest good work. Updated Review- I have an ACC (adaptive cruise control) code popping up on my VW Touareg. My…read moremechanic said that Super Low Price Auto Glass has the correct scanner and equipment to sort this complex problem out if it needs recalibrating. I called and spoke with owner and he told me to just drop by when they are open. After scanning the car and obtaining the codes he sat down with me and explained what the possible problems could be. He also checked the wires going to the camera used for the ACC. All of this in about 15 minutes. He couldn't definitively tell me what the issue is but suggested I go to the dealership (rather than back to my mechanic); they will be able to use the two scanners needed to get to the bottom of the problem. He didn't even charge me for the diagnostic work he did! This is my second time coming here and both times I have been thoroughly impressed with their knowledge and kindness. I couldn't recommend them more! First Review- Because my headlights were extremely fogged, my mechanic recommended I get my headlights refurbished at Super Low Price Auto Glass. Replacement headlights would cost $1500 apiece! I pulled in on a whim as I was driving by to see if they could actually do anything to make my 2003 headlights clear again. The friendly owner, Nash, told me it would be no problem, it would take about 30-45 minutes, and they could do it right then. I wish I had of taken a before picture but here is the after...they are just like new! I came in at just the right moment because a steady flow of customer traffic came in right as I sat down to wait. I am thankful I took the time to swing in. For less than $100 and 30 minutes, I got brand new looking headlights!
