I showed up at 8am on Friday, and was greeted by Nash before the shop opened at 8:30am as walk-in customer. I had spoken to Nash on the phone the day before and gotten a quote but forgot to make an appointment. Nash told me that they would have to order the windshield as the shop can't keep everything in stock. He said they could grab the windshield during their 9am parts run, it would be at the shop by 10am, and then it would be about 2 hours for install and calibration (or about Noon). I was back on the road by 10am. Thank you so much! My friend has been here twice before, and I will definitely be back because of the quality, value, and speed of service! They've been in Rocklin for over twenty years and I can see why. If you need to wait: there aren't any shops or restaurants nearby (and Pacific can be a pretty busy road to walk), but there is a small waiting area in the office. read more

Be aware folks, this company dinged my car door, front bumper and the paint was scratched off at the A-pillar after dropping my car off to have my windshield replaced. It got worse, they would not take any accountability for wrecking my vehicle, and become hostile with me. Updated Review- I have an ACC (adaptive cruise control) code popping up on my VW Touareg. My mechanic said that Super Low Price Auto Glass has the correct scanner and equipment to sort this complex problem out if it needs recalibrating. I called and spoke with owner and he told me to just drop by when they are open. After scanning the car and obtaining the codes he sat down with me and explained what the possible problems could be. He also checked the wires going to the camera used for the ACC. All of this in about 15 minutes. He couldn't definitively tell me what the issue is but suggested I go to the dealership (rather than back to my mechanic); they will be able to use the two scanners needed to get to the bottom of the problem. He didn't even charge me for the diagnostic work he did! This is my second time coming here and both times I have been thoroughly impressed with their knowledge and kindness. I couldn't recommend them more! First Review- Because my headlights were extremely fogged, my mechanic recommended I get my headlights refurbished at Super Low Price Auto Glass. Replacement headlights would cost $1500 apiece! I pulled in on a whim as I was driving by to see if they could actually do anything to make my 2003 headlights clear again. The friendly owner, Nash, told me it would be no problem, it would take about 30-45 minutes, and they could do it right then. I wish I had of taken a before picture but here is the after...they are just like new! I came in at just the right moment because a steady flow of customer traffic came in right as I sat down to wait. I am thankful I took the time to swing in. I had a small chip that I wanted to fix quickly before it spread. I called another business first to come fix it at my work (for the convenience) but they tried telling me the chip wasn't fixable and I needed to replace the entire windshield. Thankfully I knew better and decided to get a second opinion. Brought my car here without an appointment and they saw me immediately. I was incredibly impressed with this business. I had a cracked windshield that I needed replaced. I called and was told they could get me in the same day with no appointment. I shopped around a bit and could not find a better deal out the door. $299 for labor and materials. I arrived toward the end of the day and they happily took me in. Every employee I encountered was professional, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which was a breath of fresh air. I mentioned I had a leaking sunroof, which they quickly diagnosed and showed me the issue, then fixed for no additional charge. These guys have now fixed for me windshield chips on two different cars. Both times they got me in and out in under 30 minutes. Their facility includes a nice air conditioned office to wait. They are friendly and professional and do excellent work. The chip repair, although not guaranteed to be completely invisible, reduced the chip size down to where I have to look for it to notice it. I've been here twice for windshield replacements. Once in 2019 and then today. Today I walked in, no appointment, and Nash immediately drove my car back to get started. They do take insurance but my deductible is high and it wouldn't have made a difference. So Nash gave me an amazing deal AND advice on how to prevent such an expense later. I was driving down a one lane road on my way home from an appointment in the late afternoon and the car ahead of me kicked up a tiny pebble that naturally found its way to my windshield. What started off as a teeny tiny little chip quickly grew to an 8" crack in the matter of just a few days. I originally reached out to Safelite, you know, the ease of them coming to you -- sounded good! I explained what happened, sent in pictures of the crack, etc & was told that my out of pocket cost to FIX the crack would be $50 (insurance deductible is $500). My appointment was set for 2 days later between 8:00am-12:00pm. I waited around all morning with no word from anyone until finally, I got a call from the technician at 11:00am saying he was on his way & would be at my home in roughly 15-20 minutes...30 minutes later, he knocked on my door and immediately tells me that the crack can't be fixed but I would need a whole new windshield. He calls the office in front of me & my husband & puts it on speaker. He tells the woman on the other end the situation and proceeds to tell the technician that a new windshield would run over $600 but "GREAT NEWS", our insurance deductible is $500 so that's all we would have to pay..."all!!" LOL Having been put on the spot and being a first timer, I went ahead and rescheduled for them to come out the next day to do the job but I immediately got a bad feeling in my gut; that was a huge jump in cost, not to mention, they had the pictures that I had sent in, where they could visibly see the placement and length of the crack & I was told that it could be fixed. I sat on it for about half an hour and told myself 'this doesn't seem right' - I got on Yelp and quickly found Super-Low Price Auto Glass; after reading the reviews, I reached out to them via their business link where I provided pictures, car details, crack details and my information. Roughly an hour later, maybe less, Nash called me... He was super nice and patient with me over the telephone when I had to call him back twice to discuss things with my husband first. I reached out to them on Wednesday and had an appointment set for Friday at 11:00am -- I quickly cancelled my appointment with Safelite, to which, almost a week later, they keep sending me emails and text messages to reschedule; that's a whole different story though. There was a slight snag when we first arrived, a simple misunderstanding, he thought I told him that my car was a Nissan Sentra, when it's in fact a Nissan Vera & they didn't have the windshield for my car in stock at that moment but he said that he could order it & it would be there within an hour. Perfectly fine! All in all, I dropped my car off at 11:00am and it was done by 1:30pm, even after the little snafu. The total came out to a little over $300 for everything, everything and my windshield looks great...almost brand new great. It's actually a little weird having such a shiny clear windshield :) Bonus: I didn't even notice it right away but as I went out to run an errand a few hours later, I noticed that they had vacuumed my car, too. Super nice of them to do & I really appreciate it since I had been meaning to get around to it. I highly recommend them & even my husband said that hopefully we never have a NEED for another windshield repair or replacement but if we do, we're definitely going back to them. The reviews are spot on - this place is the real deal. I'd put up with a broken windshield for a shamefully long time and finally got around to getting it replaced. They were fast, friendly, and competitive. I didn't go with the mobile Safelite guys because they quoted me a price way higher than everyone else. (Perhaps they get a lot of insurance company business and don't need to cater directly to consumers). I didn't go with other, very slightly cheaper, mobile options because while most of their reviews are good, they don't seem to stand behind their work. Everyone at SLP Auto Glass was friendly and helpful. They also swapped out my wiper blades for about what it would have cost me to get new ones off Amazon. It's a small spot, with a little office you can wait in, with wifi - but I wasn't even there long enough to get anything done since they were so quick. Highly recommended. read more

Some of the things I've noticed hence no five stars: 1) They told me the new windshield will be OE, but it is OEM at best. 2) They scratched the new windshield during installation. 3) They broke dashcam mount when taking it off from old windshield. Positives: 1) Nash the owner was very friendly to all customers who visited that day. 2) They were able to work with my insurance. I had a large, and growing larger, crack in my windshield. (Thank you truck driver for hauling an empty trailer and graciously throwing up a stone to crack my windshield.) I called my Mazda dealer. The dealer refers all windshield replacements to Super Low Price Auto Glass. I was surprised at the number of different windshields available at Super. The service people were great as was the actual service of installing a new windshield and re-calibration of the electronic goodies (lane departure warning, etc) related to the windshield. So, instead of the generic version, I got OEM glass while just paying for the deductible. What a wonderful family owned and operated local business! I found them on Yelp after calling the Lexus dealership and a couple other places.
