Our wheelchair van needed the seal gasket replaced around the windshield. The gasket was hanging loose after we took the van through the car wash. I called SafeLite but they would only replace the gasket if they'd been the one to initially install the windshield, but I have no clue who that was since we bought the van used. Tristan's Auto Glass answered our call, and sent Roland, who came to the house with the right material to replace the windshield with the proper gasket. He brought his son as an apprentice. They came same day and the price was reasonable. Roland said the gasket that was loose was the wrong kind. Now it's done right, and I feel safe driving my parents in the wheelchair van. read more

Excellent Service!! I have worked with Tristan's Auto Glass not too long ago. Unfortunately I had another shattered window issue in one of my other cars. I knew I could trust these guys again. They drove out to my job and provided exceptional service in fixing my driver side rear passenger window in no time. But the problem wasn't fixed there. On my way home I guess I was playing around with the window too much rolling up and down and it all of a sudden it got stuck and wouldn't roll back up (clumsy me, my fault). I called them back again and explained the problem. Even though they were fully booked, they actually drove further the next day to my house around mid day to get the problem fixed, no extra charge as thanks to the life time warranty. I woke up Friday morning to find that two windows had been smashed in my car. The front and rear passenger side windows. After the immediate shock and fear of what was stolen I went into a mild panic attack thinking about how long it would take to get this fixed and how much it was going to cost. I called my mechanic who recommended Tristan's and called them. I got an incredibly low price (saved additional money because I paid cash) and within 2 hours they were out to fix my car. So in just 4 hours of discovering my car, both windows were replaced and my car was vacuumed and clean. What started out as a horrible day, was made much better by amazingly quick service at an amazing price, definitely made this crappy situation not as horrible. I could not recommend Tristan's enough. I woke up to find that my front passenger car window was broken in to. I only have one vehicle & had to be at wk the next day! I found Tristan's on yelp this was my 3rd plase I called for a quote! I left a voice message & Receved a call back in less then 5min! They are hands down the best $$ qute I had received and offered a discount if u pay cash! Best of all they are a moble service & came to me!! They were able to come early the next morning and had my window replaced in under an hour! They vacumed out the glass from my car, but I only wish they would have vacumed my drver side too there was glass over there as well. Amazing! Perfect customer service! My driver window was smashed in on Christmas day and my car was broken into. There was glas everywhere and on top of that it was raining and I was out of town so I couldn't do anything about it until I got back. I called several places that were double of the price of these guys (and probably would have been half the work). They drove to my house for free so I wouldn't have to drive in the rain and drop it off. The technician vacuumed my car and clean all of the glass on the inside, on my driver seat, passenger side, the floor and behind my driver seat. He replaced my window in an hour and everything looked perfect! Extremely nice guy, quick and great service! Highly recommended! read more

My neighbor's windshield was smashed in by someone last month and I took note of the company who came to replace it; these guys! I had a crack in my windshield so I called Tristan's Auto Glass for help. They had my windshield in stock and were available to install it for me the next day. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! Roland showed up today and was kind enough to let me watch and ask about 500 questions while he installed my windshield. I learned so much and enjoyed his conversation while he installed my new glass. "My car looks like she just got a face lift!" I told him. So kind, reasonably priced, and efficient. These guys are GREAT!! The fellow that replaced my windshield even answered his phone without me having to leave a voicemail. After sending him a couple of pictures from my phone showing the damage, vin number, etc. he called me back and set an appointment to have my windshield replaced the very next day. He came to my work to do the job and showed up within the timeframe he had told me on the phone. This review is a few months over due: A rock hit my front windshield on the freeway. I figured I would eventually get it replaced once it began to split in the far future. About 10 minutes later it split all the way across (ugh!!!) I called several "big" places to compare-shop. The prices were outrageous! I turned to Yelp to find a place with good reviews and that was a mobile business. I did not want to drive to and sit in a shop for who knows how long! Tristan had great reviews, so I thought I would give him a call. I am huge on doing business with companies that provide great customer service. Yes, dealing with someone who is polite and professional is a must. When I called, Tristan was exactly that. He also allowed me to take a picture of my windshield and send it to him, to ensure we were on the same page of what I was wanting. His prices were VERY REASONABLE, and I was able to get on the appointment list quickly. Tristan arrived on time, did a flawless job, and even finished quicker than expected. I was so impressed that I shared the experience with my father. A few days later my dad had Tristan installing a new windshield AND back window in his truck (my pops likes to restore old vehicles.) Saw the ad on Craigslist and gave them a call. Got a great quote to replace my 1998 Honda Civic LX windshield, $155 cash (they offer 20% off if you pay cash). The morning of the appointment, the tech called and said he was on his way; he arrived promptly & got right to work. An hour later (as promised), my new windshield was in and no mess to clean up. Their work is warrantied against leaks and workmanship. For now, I give these guys 5 stars & recommend them without reservation. Roland fixed window the day after Christmas. Al 15 companies I called were closed or told me that the warehouses were all closed. I needed it fixed the day after Christmas so I could drive back to our home about 8 hours away. He pulled a part from a pick and pull lot and fixed it. It's as good as new. Great service! read more

These guys are great!! They seriously beat every price in town and gave me a very reasonable deal. I called him at 1:30 PM today; they were out here by 2:30 PM today. Took a little over 30 to 40 minutes to replace my windshield. They only charged $10 for the molding whereas just about everyone else in town with profiting to where they were charging $30.
