A plastic part cracked and needed to be replaced, and Hien had the part ordered before I got to the shop to pick my car up. Luckily, I was in a training across the street at FJC. Hien found my car in the parking lot and replaced the part easy peasy. Communication was great. Can't speak too much to the cost as I went through insurance. I had already checked Glass.com and a couple other places, so I had a rough idea. They actually came in lower than what I was seeing, which was nice. I also asked if I could just hang out and work from their lobby while they did the repair, and they said that was fine. When I got there, they gave me the WiFi info and I just worked off my laptop the whole time. It took about 3 hours like they said. The lobby was bigger than I expected and the internet was fast enough to actually get work done, so that helped a lot. Location is solid too, there's food and shops nearby if you don't want to sit the whole time. One thing I thought was interesting, I have a friend who owns a windshield shop in another state, and I sent him pics after. He was pretty surprised at how clean it came out for the price, said it probably comes down to them doing a high volume of jobs. Overall just a smooth experience. No upselling, no weird surprises, and everything lined up with what they told me. I'd go back if I needed to.
