He messaged me back within minutes. Yes we have a store front and we are located behind Red Lobster. I didn't make it by there that day. 2 days later I pulled up at about 5:20, they are open until 6 so I figured it wouldn't be a problem (I just wanted some pics for Yelp!). As I was walking out someone walked up to the door and locked it! I look at my watch, in the morning at you do so the other person knows you're questioning the time. It was 20 to 6 and she just shook her head at me. I'm sorry but I have 15 years in retail management and I don't care if it's CVS, Aeropostale, the gas station or the thrift shop, you don't early. I get that some days are slow and having staff there is eating up your profits so change the store hours and make sure you inform social media sites, the business website, etc. people plan on these things even when they've on got 20 mins. I'll come back with an open mind later this week. And it'll prob be 10 mins before closing just to see if they close early again.

I called this company because I found them on Yelp and was very pleasantly surprised to find it is a mom and pop type jewelry store within the "Mall" at Lake City. They agreed to help me fix my watch immediately. I quickly drove there and the very friendly staff repaired my watch within 5 minutes! Plus, they literally only charged $10.00 for the repair, despite it being kind of an "emergency" thing and not possible for me to just leave it or wait around. I will definitely be using this jewelry store again and again! I am impressed that they do in-house repair. Plus, I asked if they do appraisals and they do...for a reasonable fee (using a certified gemologist). The jeweler I have previously used passed away and this will likely become my new go-to spot for repairs and possibly even some purchases. I definitely recommend this business.

I asked the bakery person that took my order if there would be someone available to get the cake for me when I come to pick it up. I have been there in the past to pick up an order and no one was present to help me. She said she would not be there but her supervisor would be. When I arrived to pick up my cake no one was there and all the lights were turned off. I went to Customer Service for help but they were unable to figure out who to call and did not appear concerned at all. To make matters worse, I had flowers in my car that was sitting in a 100+ degree parking lot. After about 25-30 minutes waiting, I ASKED if someone could call a supervisor over the loud speaker. Evidently the thought never entered their mind they could do that. Finally an employee came that had a key and retrieved my cupcake bouquet. As a customer, especially with a bakery order that has to be picked up around a certain time frame, whoever is in charge should make certain that someone is there who has a key and able to assist the customer. Or put up a sign saying if no one is available go to Customer Service and have them call a pre-assigned employee with a bakery key who is responsible for opening the bakery to retrieve pick up orders for customers. There should always be someone on duty assigned to open the bakery for pick up orders at all reasonable hours. This is inexcusable and VERY POOR Customer Service.
