I was left with an inferior product and needed my new closet fixed! When I contacted the owner Andrew his response was not only unprofessional but downright rude and nasty. He was threatening and a bully. He seemed more annoyed with my call than concerned with the improper installation and poor quality of their work. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Closet and Storage Concepts did come back and "fix" my new closet. But, I had to empty my closet and clean up a second time when they left. I have had many closets installed in different cities and this is by far the worst experience I have had with a business. Andrew had the opportunity to turn this around but instead he got this review. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise against using this company.
