They missed places all over and left film marks on the shower walls and floors. I had to argue to get them to return before I would pay and when they came they said they forgot and thought it was done. I expected a professional not a novice since it was a major job (4 bathrooms and all floors). I asked the owner to call and he ignored my request. I paid and less than 6 months the grout in tile in the master shower is literally cracking and breaking away. Left messages and texts with no response. Spent well over thousand dollars and it was such a rip off. Classic bait and switch.

Instead we called Andrew at Grout Rescuers to get his opinion on what our options are. He came up with a plan to deep clean the tile and re-color and seal the grout a color that we agreed upon. I have to say I was soooo pleasantly surprised at the difference and sooo glad we hired Andrew so he could make us love our tile again! We HIGHLY recommend his Company! Shower floor tile needed…read moreregrouting- tech sealed the floor, when told of mistake allegedly went back cleaned, regrouted and resealed. From day one after completion grout was not uniform in color. Purpose of the regrout, as I explained to Larry, was to make all the grout the same color so there wouldn't be spots that looked "dirty" due to grout variations. Larry said No Problem. A week or so after job completed I called, Lucas came out, shrugged and said that's it. Lucas didn't care if it was still dirty looking in some areas and off color. Owner Larry didn't care either only referred me back to Lucas. I trusted from first experience which was not w/ Lucas, so my expectations were high. Very disappointing and perhaps this reveiw will help me get past how angry I am with them for taking my money and not honoring the quality of their work. Everytime I see the shower floor I think of Larry and Lucas and the scam job. Pictures attached show how some of the grout looks when dry. And not all grout is the same color when wet, either. NOT acceptable.
