Chris Fleming, the project manager, came back out and saw the mess and immediately requested that dispatch send another team out. Diego and Wilbur came today. Dispatch told me before they came that they are an A+ team. They were absolutely wonderful. They cleaned the bathroom until it was spotless. They had to tear out a bit more of the paneling in the basement and some more ceiling tiles and they cleaned and sanitized EVERYTHING in that basement.
