It seemed that they took care of the low hanging fruit and at the end of the day had a pile of items that they did not have a plan for. We expressed our concerns and the owner came back (free of charge), but still did not listen to our needs. They are still unorganized areas that we are taking care of ourselves and areas that were never addressed. For the price charged, it is hard to stomach given the level of expertise provided.
