The staff is always so welcoming, friendly and they go above and beyond for member appreciation, with things like coffee, goodie bags, giveaways etc. and those little things do not go unnoticed! My two favorite classes are Define which focuses more on strength and align for more recovery, but they're all great. The music is always so fun too! My only wish is that they had a 7 or 7:30 am weekday class, because that would work best with my schedule. Hopefully someday!

Since this was my first VersaClimber class, I was introduced to my instructor, who walked me through the machine and how class would go. That one-on-one intro made a big difference, she was patient, made me feel confident, and even gave me the option to wear shoes or socks (I went with socks). The class itself was intense but totally manageable. You can modify or take a break whenever you need to without feeling bad about it at all. 300 calories in 30 minutes, I can't complain! Everyone there, instructor and fellow clients alike, was warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back, and I can't wait to try the reformer classes next!

To then have my appointment canceled because priority is given to your direct members is both misleading and unprofessional. If appointments made through ClassPass are subject to being displaced by members, that should be clearly disclosed before customers purchase credits and book appointments. Otherwise, customers reasonably rely on those confirmed reservations when planning their schedules. Unfortunately, this experience has caused unnecessary disruption to my day, and I won't be returning. I hope you'll reconsider this policy or, at a minimum, make it transparent to future customers. I'll be reaching out to ClassPass to share my experience and ask them to review whether this business's booking practices are consistent with their partner expectations. I hope they take appropriate action based on their policies.

I was so excited I purchased their New Client Special that wasa 5 Pack of classes for $99. It was only valid for a month. I reserved the Aerial Silks class on a Tuesday evening. Per the usual new studio first visits, arrive a little early to sign their waiver. I arrived about 15 minutes early and there was no staff at the front. There was a bunch of unfilled and filled waivers. Red flags leaving their customer's private personal data laying around like that. I filled out a form but kept it with me until I can hand it to staff. It was a mess of girls rushing out from the prior class and girls rushing in for the next class. Total chaos. I put my things away in a cubby and stood around until some authority person came along. I prefer the studios where you get your own silk, but at this studio they will have you share silks with other students. They divided us into a group of beginners, and another side for the intermediate and advanced students. We started off with stretches. They are super elegant and stretched with grace here. Good form. Then when we began, the instructor would give us a few steps at a time to work on, then we would piece multiple steps together. When I asked the instructor if she can help me take photos she was too busy and told me to ask another student. I paid the studio, not random students who are strangers to me. It might have been fun with a friend but I did not enjoy going alone. Especially when there's stranger armpit sweat on the fabric. Not enjoyable at all. I actually walked out before the end of class cause I was so over it. I considered coming back to another class to use the sessions I pay for. However their class times are limited. Maybe only 2-3 classes after work, but some of those classes are advanced classes or classes I don't have an interest in. While deciding on my rating for this place... a 3 didn't seem like a good fit cause a 3 is average. If it was average I would have at least came back to use the classes I paid for. As someone who goes to a fitness studio for work outs 3-4 days a week, I literally just abandoned the package I paid for and went to another studio where I enjoyed my work outs. To each their own. This place provides niche classes not every studio offers. However the classes are limited and I don't enjoy sharing space with strangers.

There's instructors here seems kind and I like that there are advanced beginner classes so you can level up from beginner before intermediate/advanced. I only wish they were a little less expensive but I like that they offer deals for new students. Hope to keep coming back here to continue my pole journey.

Kady had a nice warmup routine that really warmed my body up since I had not done pilates in awhile. During the class, Kady did a mixture of exercises I was familiar with and then some exercises that were different that I quite liked. She did exercises right up until the end and then ended off with a quick cool down session. She did not rush us out which was really nice. We had time to wipe down all of our items and the reformer before leaving. I really enjoyed Kady's class and she offered a lot of help to everyone in the class. She would come over to do some hands-on help and she was proactive in offering different progressions. She was very friendly and encouraging. I definitely broke some sweat during the class. The studio is a beautiful space and definitely a lot bigger than the boutique spots. The atmosphere of the studio had dim lighting and just the right volume of chill relaxing music. Olga, the club owner, has walked me through the best style of membership to fit my needs- I paused during the summer while my kids were on break and was able to pick right back up in September. Returning to Pilates practice has been one of my most favorite activities for both my body in mind. I even get an "American hero" discount for my work as a registered nurse! I love Club Pilates!!

This was a missed opportunity on the business end. I Had two friends that were attending their 6 o'clock class because we coordinate together. When owners of a wellness business such as a fitness center that promotes physical and mental well-being fail to recognize the impact of denying someone their service especially when there is visible room and within a reasonable time of attending, they really do fail to practice what they preach.

Upon entering, they will check your temperature and guide you to which room/suite your class will be. The staff were amazing and friendly. I had a beginner hip-hop with Chris Wu and it's amazing! Every one was so nice and just going with their own pace. I'm not a good dancer and it's nice that he is so patient with us. It was a fun class and I'm excited to try out more of it. If you're looking for any dance classes for adults, this is the place to go. Every one are wearing masks and there are social distance floor markings in the dance rooms as well.
