I try to use Google Maps to see how busy it is before I go in. I have never once had any personality or customer service issues here & I have always found the staff at the front desk friendly. Any time I have ever raised an issue about bathroom attention or a damaged machine, management has always been very attentive and corrected the issues in a reason amount of time. I love the variety of equipment and the overall layout of the gym. If I had any issues to point out, they would definitely be the tripod users, the clumps of people who gather around machines & barely workout, the overhead music can be too loud at times and the guys who seem to live in the toilet stalls. However, it's one of the best workout facilities I have been fortunate enough to work out at and it's super convenient to go to, so the positives outweigh the negatives by a long shot! Be it high schoolers or just people who have no clue how to workout. They take 40+ minutes on squat racks (this location really only has 3 so this makes it worse) because they absolutely have to do 20 sets of squats, hip thrusts, deadlifts, you name it. Or the impressionable teenagers who hog the benches trying to max out every set. Just plain stupidity from a lot of folks here that wastes everyone's time. It's not uncommon for me to have to wait 30+ minutes for a squat rack to open up.

She is always willing to help anyone who needs it. She explains exercises clearly, is patient, and makes working out feel less intimidating. You can tell she really cares about helping people reach their goals. Also, Noah at the front desk is great. He's a really good person to ask questions because he always has an answer and is very friendly. He makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Overall, Planet Fitness is a great place to work out, especially because of staff like Noemi and Noah who make the experience even better. I definitely recommend this gym.

For months, several of us have mentioned to the staff that we really need large mirrors in the locker rooms, since they're essential in a gym to check our form and progress. Unfortunately, they only added some LED lights and one mirror that's placed too low, while the others are way too high -- we can barely see ourselves. Every day, it becomes uncomfortable seeing how all the girls have to take turns to use the only mirror that works for us. I understand that the employees don't have the authority to make those changes, but they could at least pass the feedback to the owners. It's disappointing because we pay for a full gym experience, and almost every other gym has large mirrors for their members. That's why, sadly, I decided to switch to another gym. Many of my friends feel the same way and plan to do the same. I really hope the owners take this feedback seriously -- the place has potential, but details like this make all the difference.

But with Filipe's amazing training, support and belief in me, working out and eating healthier food is a way of life for me now. I am in better shape than I have ever been. I still have my struggles but I always know that I am equipped to deal with them now and Filipe was a guide post to me getting here. Filipe's passion is like no other. He personally works with each client to understand their strengths and weaknesses and then tries to tailor a workout around those strengths and weaknesses. Despite there being the typical rush that happens at nearly all major gyms, I've never really had a problem getting to the equipment I wanted to use or substituting it for something else. However, this review is regarding my most recent experience signing up my fiancée. She needed a gym to just get her walking and cardio in so I went in a few weeks ago before a workout and Chris helped me get her signed up with zero issues at all. I tend to ask a lot of questions when going through any process and at no point in me asking did he seem annoyed, pestered or like I was bothering him. He was so helpful in explaining the terms of the contract, cost and making sure everything was totally clear before moving forward. I appreciate that so much and it's obvious Chris cares about helping newcomers trying to get signed up. Super pleasant which makes the environment one that someone can feel comfortable training in and calling this their home gym.
