I wasn't feeling challenged anymore on the normal machine and wanted more strength training from my workouts which is exactly what I found here! My first time kicked my butt I was sore for days after but it was so worth it. I immediately decided to start a membership. I go 1-2x a week. I also do weight lifting and cardio. My abs and arms have never looked better! The studio is small making it easier for instructors to help you with your form. All the instructors I've had are friendly, enthusiastic, and encouraging. It's always clean and I've never had trouble finding parking. They also validate 2 hours if you park in the structure

Some of the instructors were very friendly and welcoming, but others came across as uninterested and not very approachable. One thing that stood out to me was the lack of posture correction or guidance during class. Even when it seemed like people were struggling, there wasn't much hands-on help from the trainers. In a Pilates class, proper form is really important, so that was disappointing. I really wanted to love this place because the studio itself is nice, but overall the experience didn't meet my expectations.

Before class started, she went around to each person asking how they were, seeing what modifications they needed, and explained the reformer and class thoroughly. During the class, she communicated very detailed and was really helpful in demonstrating the different sets and techniques. After class, she went around to every person asking how the class was for them. I really appreciated how present and engaged she was with everyone! The studio was clean, cozy, and well equipped. It had a lot of reformers with towers and had all the tools needed for the workout. I did the a** and abs workout and it was great. It definitely pushed me and I just know i'm going to feel sore tomorrow! Extras- Parking is great! Right outside the studio. They are soooo welcoming as you come in! There's a shelf to put your belongings, a water station, and a bathroom. Thank you again! See you again soon :)

The class was listed as heated, but the room wasn't heated. There was also a fairly long introduction before class started, and I would have preferred using that time to begin warming up while she gave her announcements. My biggest concern was the amount of hands-on assisting. I don't recall being asked if the class was comfortable with physical adjustments, and at times the corrections felt a bit forceful. I also felt that some alignment cues were presented as one-size-fits-all, when different body types may need different positioning. There was also a comment that if our hips weren't level, it meant one side was "weaker." I understand the point she was trying to make, but the wording felt discouraging and oversimplified, especially in a fitness environment that is usually focused on building confidence and body awareness. I can tell Alejandra is passionate about form and alignment and genuinely wants her clients to move safely. I wanted to share this feedback because I think a little more flexibility in cueing, less hands-on correction, and more time spent moving would create a more positive and inclusive experience. I also encourage her to be mindful of the language she uses when addressing the class, as fitness spaces should feel encouraging and empowering for all.

Check-in at the front desk was quick and everyone was really pleasant. Since this was my first VersaClimber class, I was introduced to my instructor, who walked me through the machine and how class would go. That one-on-one intro made a big difference, she was patient, made me feel confident, and even gave me the option to wear shoes or socks (I went with socks). The class itself was intense but totally manageable. You can modify or take a break whenever you need to without feeling bad about it at all. 300 calories in 30 minutes, I can't complain! Everyone there, instructor and fellow clients alike, was warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back, and I can't wait to try the reformer classes next!

To then have my appointment canceled because priority is given to your direct members is both misleading and unprofessional. If appointments made through ClassPass are subject to being displaced by members, that should be clearly disclosed before customers purchase credits and book appointments. Otherwise, customers reasonably rely on those confirmed reservations when planning their schedules. Unfortunately, this experience has caused unnecessary disruption to my day, and I won't be returning. I hope you'll reconsider this policy or, at a minimum, make it transparent to future customers. I'll be reaching out to ClassPass to share my experience and ask them to review whether this business's booking practices are consistent with their partner expectations. I hope they take appropriate action based on their policies.

This studio is super cute and very festive, with Valentines Day décor at the time of my first visit. When I arrived, the owner checked me in. Bring grip socks, or you can buy new ones here. This is standard for safety reasons with all reformer pilates classes. The work out space is well equipped. There are 12 reformer pilates station, set up with all the best of the balanced body equipment, very similar to a Club Pilates set up. Oh I will say I noticed this studio had a lot of the pregnancy wedges for pregnant students, where as other studios tend to only have one or two. I found out that they actually have prenatal and postnatal classes here. Not that I need it, but I'm just sharing in case someone else does. So back to the class. Rowena is so fun. She is so engaging. She was asking the students how we were feeling, if there were injuries, if there were any areas we wanted to focus on. Based on our feedback, she designed the class accordingly. This takes a lot of experience to do that on the spot. I loved the class pace and the music. Such a great work out! I would definitely come back whenever my schedule allows me to visit this studio.
