They have always been pleasant to deal with and have had all the supplies I've needed. Very good service and insurance covered everything.

I had used them for a few years for my oxygen. Last December I was informed they would no longer be supplying oxygen after the first of the year. With a great deal of trouble, doctors visits, new testing...I found a new supplier. The new supplier delivered their equipment Jan 19 th. I called home air that day and they picked their equipment the following week. I got a bill from home air for service from January 17th to February 17th. I had used their equipment for two days. I have changed my opinion of Home air medical supplies. 1. Called me and said I was eligible for a new mask an all other supplies for my CPAP. 2. Virginia called me to see size of the replacement parts. I Don't know that information. They have all the records. I don't order they do! 3. Called me again several days later to tell me the Doctor didn't approve my CPAP mask because I need to make I need an appointment to get my supplies . That's all I am responsible for . Home air decided that the right way to order supplies was to contact me for a order have me pick it up THEN send a request to the doctor. The manager is one of those people who talk over you . Tell you how you are at fault . She brought up that I have gone back and forth on mask style. Denise thinks I'm doing some wrong by changing mask styles. I have the right to try different masks if I want to. After all Denise I'm the one who has to sleep every night wearing it. It's not you paying for it or wearing it Denise! When I called to talk to her about my issue she was already to run her mouth and and throw shade on me. I'm not someone who likes that. I'm not trained in customer service etiquette. That person is you Denise. I'm not sure she even is the manager. If Denise is in fact the manager I wonder who decided Denise was a good choice. The store doesn't give off a welcoming vibe . Really hate doing business with this place! My dr ordered my CPAP machine through them so I had to deal with them. I had my machine for 7 months when my insurance changed to Medicare and they told me the billing process would start all over again with Medicare! I said I felt like they were being double paid and they said "well that's just how it works". unprofessional and cold and not a pleasant experience at all! can't wait to be done dealing with this business! read more

Whoever it was that I talked to on my Mother's behalf was the opposite of helpful. She was rude, pedantic, and condescending . Being a physician myself, I have experience working with other companies that deal in CPAP supplies, they are much more proactive and helpful as everyone knows, coordinating care, supplies etc for an elderly parent can be a challenge. I woujd recommend finding another company to send your insurance dollars to. read more

Please if your going to change ur hours please change them online as well I wanted to run here after work to get a new Hose for my cpap and it said u were open till 4pm on Friday and it was 3:18 so I thought cool I can make it it says it's closing soon I made it there by 3:30 but of course when I run up to go in it says ur closed at 3pm on Friday. It's just a waste of time and gas and then ur not open on Sat or Sun When do u expect people to get there supplies we all work till 3 or 3:30 read more

Stay away from this company it's like pulling teeth getting equipment from them. They want you to explain where you went and what you did with your oxygen tanks before you get more. They are very rude also. Stay away from this company! I've only seen two older women since we've been with this company they're both very hard to deal with. There are better companies out there,much better. Again stay away from this company! read more

My husband and I have been dealing with Home Air for a couple years now. We both have a c-pap machine and the customer service is excellent. Between the insurance co demands and questions we have, Home Air handles all of that. Which is really nice not to deal with. They really go out of their way to take care of us. I have been a customer for more than a decade. I appreciate their efforts with my CPAP machine and supplies, in getting my needed materials, and the extra effort they have to go through to get the readings and reports. All of that within a short amount of time. I trust the knowledge of the owner and staff and feel confident that I am following a reliable resource. Regretfully, due to a change in insurance, I may need to patronize another vendor. I am bummed by that and will hope to return as a customer in the future. read more
