Before coming to Nebben I suffered from chronic back pain that left me weak and I lost mobility. Since being treated here, I have gained greater mobility. I also experienced a surprised effect of good spinal alignment; my digestion improved which allowed me to lose weight. Physical therapy is not for the weak of heart though, you have to do the homework assigned to you by the physical therapist. I'd love to give a 5 Star but I just can't. Don't get me wrong the 2 visits I had were good but on my second visit we talked bout a treatment plan. Which I really felt pushed into. I told the Dr what I could afford and he was like no that won't do cause, you will never get it paid off. Well unfortunately I have other bills too. So they got me for $150. AND wanted $150 a month. When I got home I really had time to think about it and the shots he was wanting me to have I decided I wanted to do more research on them. Cause I haven't had a good outcome with medicine before, so I called the office and she said Well I can't refund a partial payment. Really? Why not? Never heard of such a thing. So I guess I'm just out that $80 that should be refunded back to me cause, I'm not going back. I was supposed to go back for a back brace but, 1) I had to go to work so I called and left message I wouldn't be there. By the way I asked them to return my call to be sure they got the message. I never got a returned call so, I'll probably be charged $20 for an no show and 2) my insurance is going to cover my back brace some place else. Oh let me add my first visit was $20 and the one girl said it my insurance covered $20 unlimited visits. When I asked about that they said they never said that but yet there was a lady in front of me and I overhead they charged her only $20 too. My husband was going to go to them for his neck but, like he said the Drs attitude really changed when I told him what we could pay a month (which was a nice amount but he wanted more) And to think this place was referred to me. I was really hoping I found someone that could honestly help me. But beware you'll be talked into something before you have time to think about it and you won't get no refund if you decide not to do it. I'm now having to go get treatment for inflammation of the sacroiliac joint which never bothered me before the last 2 aurawave and manual treatments on my lower back, which means more money spent and more pain. read more

My very first time coming here the staff was so welcoming and after coming here for awhile they are still just as friendly and extremely helpful! I come here due to being pregnant and it has helped me out tremendously. My husband also comes here and does the treatments and physical therapy and it has made him feel so much better and more mobile. I can't recommend this place enough! read more

Dr. Nebben is nice enough, but his front office staff talk too much for my liking. Their payment plan is not clearly explained, and the first mention of an accident will have them all over you to pay for visits through auto insurance regardless of whether you started treatment prior to your accident or not. Talk about an aggressive approach; you'll find one here. I will remember to ask for promotion plans in writing with future providers. I will not be returning to this provider because after three weeks of treatment my pain levels have not changed enough. The Impulse Adjustment gun seems gimmicky and left me in more pain than before I went in. Physical therapy would have done me more good than this. A responsible provider would have acknowledged as much. read more

I have been going to Dr. NEBBEN on and off for 4 years or so. His staff is always friendly and polite to everyone. If you don't like manual adjustments this is the doctor for you. I've had chiropractic adjustments since my teens and I found both ways effective. However, a friend of mine that goes to him would never go to a chiropractor because she found the manual manipulation and cracking sound scary. Nebben Physical Medicine is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He does not twist and pop like most which I always hate, he finds exactly where the pain and issues are without me having to tell him. They have physical therapy as well and take all insurance.
