They disregard the need from everything to compassion to caring about basic human needs, especially regarding health and safety. Not to mention horrible leaking after storms (sometimes shortening out the lights in the main pathways and in the units) which also caused a lot of black mold growth -which does not get taken care of by the way-; the list can go on and on, everything from demeaning and condescending upper management, or never office management. The physical and emotional turmoil this company has influenced so much of is not worth it. After a terrible last several years, I will be glad to no longer be associated. Thank you for your time.

I will move it from a 1 star to a 3 star for their effort in correcting the matter. My son who is a first time renter at Ridgeline Apts tried to make a payment on the 5th as he was out of town working. He had issues with it getting submitted and it finally went through. This was prior to the 6th. He said it was different than normal. He then went on in the morning to make sure and seen a late charge of $100. Confused he emailed the property manager informing him of what happened. This was before the office even opened. The response, sorry we can charge either $20/day for being late or $100 for the month. Refused to remove late charge without screenshot of payment. Kind of hard to do when it didn't work right for you. Lesson learned for him, but horrible property management, especially when they reach out right away. Guess he won't be staying there long and based on the reviews, not sure many will either!

As soon as moved in I saw a lot of things that caused me to be concerned not only about my safety living there but also the amount of concern by the property management company. There was no full time Property Manager when I moved in last year, there still is no full time Property Manager here as I prepare to move out soon. Since there has been no one to oversee the premises there have been many violations that continue. Smoking on the property and nasty cigarette butts being thrown all around the property parking lot areas, near the doors and walkways, dog poop in the grass from residents too lazy to clean up after their pets, I have serious doubts about whether the security cameras actually work because I have had 3 Fed Ex packages delivered and stolen by either a resident who lives here or one of their visitors who gained access inside the building. I don't care to live around thieves! I contacted the police about the thefts and was referred to the Property Manager. The Property Manager (part time person on the property) doesn't seem to be really concerned. If this was my rental y property I wouldn't hesitate to find out who's stealing other residents property and evict them!

The house was filthy and full of the owner's stuff when we showed up with our moving truck (she got the belongings removed but we had to clean and hire carpet cleaners after our furniture was delivered). She tried to have a handyman video all of our possessions as part of an "annual review" of the property and send it over the internet to the landlord; we refused. She threatened to evict us when she made a mistake about the landlord's willingness to allow us to stay an extra month, which she had authorized. And she didn't adequately explain to the landlord what "reasonable wear and tear" was when he docked our security deposit for a scrape and some nail holes. I do want to give Melisha credit for quickly getting our furnace fixed when it failed on a night when the temperature was below zero; hence, two stars instead of one. Steer clear, and know that NP Dodge won't stand behind you if a landlord withholds your security deposit for normal wear and tear.

Although I received word several times from various tenants saying that she was slow to respond, or even non-responsive to their calls, I took it as the typical tenant complaints you get. Trust me when I say I was never super happy with the services I got from her, but I know from extensive experience as a property owner, that it's difficult to find a good property manager so I put up with it. THEN I found out she was having me pay for services on my properties that were completely subpar, and yet I was paying premium prices. She failed to invoice several properties after there was extensive damage from tenants, yet I never saw a dime from any of the deposits because she always claimed excessive expenses. I asked several times for full invoices of these expenses and yet I would get nothing from her repeatedly. The final straw was when she "guaranteed" that work was done in one of my rental properties and yet unbeknownst to her, I was at the property at the time and could clearly see it was never done. This woman AND this company is only about the money. For property owners, and from the tenants I heard from, they have terrible customer service, and even their upper management doesn't bother to respond to emails or complaints nor do they take valid complaints about their staff seriously. Trust me, stay away from these people if you are a property owner! I only wish I could offer you another alternative, but I'm still looking for a good property management company. But I would go to a bad management company before I ever returned to this company that has ZERO professional values, NO morals as individuals, and is ONLY out to steal every penny they can get from your rental revenues.
