I can't say enough good things about this place. Dr. Mahal helped me with an issue I've been…read morebattling for so long. First he listened he is a doctor that really listens to you ( let that sink in for a minute folks) Then he fixed the problem. Like that was not good enough every single member of his staff from the scheduling to the Insurance to the nurses each one doing their job and doing it well and seemingly so happy to be there. The doctor I saw was fine. He was caring and listened to my concerns and explained everything…read morefine. The clinic as a whole is not well run. They don't respond promptly to phone or through the portal. The pre-authorization department requested approval for the wrong test, not the one the doctor ordered. Lucky for me, I worked in insurance and had access through my insurance portal to catch this and get them to fix it so it would be paid for. I would question their billing practices. You walk in the door and take a left, and get a scan which they bill as "clinic" and take a right after you enter for a procedure they bill as an ambulatory clinic. All in the same building. This resulted in two co-payments instead of one. Seems unethical when all in the same building.
