You want it delivered in a box because it's snowing/contents could spill out? They got you, and they'll always put it somewhere easily accessible, text you if something is out of stock and openly communicate with you. I receive notifications for all steps of the process and given a good estimate on the delivery (usually a 2-3 hour time frame). You have questions about what you're buying? You can give them a call or text, they are usually very polite and ask for suggestions. The actual products, It's a little pricy compared to some, but you get what you pay for it's nothing im not used to, it's good quality and it works for my seizures so I don't complain. when it's high concentration it's usually more expensive in general. Only reason why I didn't put 5 stars, is I wish there was more in stock and they updated their online shop more frequently. It's more of a higher up issue than the on sight employees. I'm not entirely sure why, but It doesn't look to be like they get a lot of shipments in and they are often out of stock for a lot of products, including some of my go-to products which have been a bummer at times. They offer replacements if you've already paid with something in the same or greater price range which is very sweet of them. I'm more worried for them since their paychecks are their sales. But it also could be due to the funky weather delaying shipments. Even still, I've notice it a lot over the years me and my family has used them. I would genuinely recommend these guys if you need something reasonable in price, have a medical card and/or no easy access to transportation.

You go in and go out in a very narrow shared space. And there are parking spots quite near this in and out space, further crowding movement to and fro. As you are entering after turning from Dana there is very little to distinguish where the entrance is, perhaps due to local ordinance. A simple bright stripe (for instance) on the very edge of the building would distinguish where it all takes place. Which gets to the heart of the matter... The selection and the pricing of the products offered is well worth the trip. But I'll stock up the next time to limit those other experiences. The one star off is due to the parking lot situation. Simple fixes would make it safer and more welcoming.
