I have been going to the shop for the past 4 years primarily because I have over 50 watches and I'm always getting battery replacements and band replacements. So I'm in the shop often but over the past 3 to 4 years this man has never once recognized Or acknowledge me as a returning customer. I now see that my patron of this place is really of no value, although I feel the service in the shop has been very good. I think his attitude and what I can only say is his racism is such that I will never visit the shop again. Not very well written, but I'm still pretty upset. However, what's kept me/us coming back are the usual indications of a great business, which begins with outstanding service. We always get treated with nothing but patience and respect,, which is especially appreciated because when we do buy jewelry, we're still buying at the lower-end of their inventory yet, we still get treated like VIPs. I also like their repair services, which, is also nice because you don't generally throw away jewelry because of some damage. They told me that the David Yurman store in Buckhead only carries items for men...well I knew that was not accurate as I have been shopping at the Buckhead location for 15 years. They also told me that they could check the Buckhead location for inventory. I thought that was odd and opted to go to the Buckhead location anyway.
