He came to our house, understood our vision, and brought it to life. Scott has a passion for design and his enthusiasm is contagious. Im thrilled with the results, and as painful (and expensive) as home renovations can be, Scott and his team make things easy. Scott his honest about costs and will work with your budget if you come prepared. Eli was our project manager and was in constant communication and kept us updated each day about the progress made and what was up next. All of the contractors and subcontractors were courteous, on time, and most importantly, did great work.

The tile work, cabinet refinishing, quality of services, and overall finished product exceeded our expectations. What really set them apart was how easy the process was. Timelines were honored workspaces were kept clean, and our home was treated with respect. Their pricing was fair and transparent. Easy to pick products from their showroom or integrate products from other supply companies. Eli, our project manager, was responsive to any concerns or requests we had and worked tirelessly to meet our timeline. The owner Scott was accessible, responsive, and fair with any additional requests or concerns. They never say no....they always find a way to satisfy your wishes. They somehow make you feel like you are their only client. Endless Kitchen and Bath worked well with my over attention to detail and need to have some control over the project. Hire them! Redstar Construction - Kitchen Remodel

proceed with caution! Man where to start. I don't enjoy…read moredragging somebody's business, but I also don't enjoy spending a large chunk of our hard saved money on garbage work and hopefully I can save somebody else from making the same mistake. I guess I will start by being open and up front and saying I put off doing this negative review for two years... we had such a terrible experience during installation of our LVP floors and the workmanship proved to not be great in the following year or two but my final straw that made me decide to finally write this review comes from being recently enlightened to yet ANOTHER issue with the quality of work. A couple of months ago we suffered severe water damage in our home and as a result, all of the LVP that Redstar installed in 2023 had to be ripped up and we found out they never even put a barrier under our flooring between it and the concrete. These guys cut SO many corners the entire job and this just has me livid again. SOME of the issues we had with Redstar- - What was supposed to be a 2wk job turned into 4wks - One of his workers stole a bottle of whiskey out of our cabinet. Had we noticed while the job was going on, we would have absolutely brought it up to Stan, however, we didn't notice it until we were moving furniture back into our house and at that point we were so sick of dealing with Redstar that we chose to let it go instead, however, there was absolutely nobody else in our house during this time (the house wasn't in living condition, so how could there have been?) so there's no way it was anybody else that took it. - Without our consent they modified our entry way steps almost permanently but we caught them. It was a rounded step down from the entry to our living room, Stan told us they could make the rounded edge work even with the LVP. We double checked with him because previous contractors told us no because it was round and the LVP is obviously not pliable but Stan said it was doable so we tr... well apparently his solution was to take the rounded edge and just make it a giant square! Which cut into our already small living room and looked horrendous! Thank God my husband works from home and came out of his office when he did, imagine his surprise that not only had they already framed the square out, but they were filling it with concrete without anybody even asking us if that was OK! It wasn't, they had to find another solution. - The house, was left FILTHY every day. Our kitchen was basically unusable the entire time. They made ZERO attempt to clean at all and make our home even remotely comfortable for us. I had to clean the kitchen daily to even be able to use a single countertop to make food. - Stan and his crew were supposed to level out some of the uneven flooring before installing the LVP and still, after already being installed, they had to rip up the floors, several places and level our area. They should have already done, but didn't because the floor would sink down or bend when you stepped on it. - Stan the owner was never on site unless we had an issue he had to come deal with. Idk where he got his workers but they were subpar, did subpar work. The only decent one who seemed to care at all was his supervisor Eric, who unfortunately also was rarely there until we were so fed up we demanded someone else finish the work. Very shortly after the work has been done , of talking within six months to a year max, there were already multiple planks that had cracked and we started noticing that the putty or whatever it is, they use in the joint of the flooring, was starting to fall out in multiple places. The only thing we clean our floors with warm water and vinegar so it's not like we were using harsh chemicals. I utilize Yelp a LOT for trusted recommendations on everything from food to construction services and everything in between and I felt guilty about not writing a negative review immediately after our experience with Stan and Redstar but to be completely honest, it was such a stressful experience (every day was something new, I dr dreaded coming home from work) on top of the fact that I was just done dealing with them on top of the fact that I didn't want to say anything negative that could possibly get in the way of our "1yr warranted on the work" if we need them to come back for anything so I just kept my mouth shut but honestly, I feel like this review needs to be put out there if it can save anyone from a fraction of the annoyance and headache we experienced with them! Finding out that the LVP was installed with zero barrier was my final straw. We paid over $13k for a shit job. I'll end it with this , our experience was so bad that we paid over $13,000 for the flooring, and when issues started to arise within the first year, we STILL didn't even want to bother contacting them to come fix the problems because we had SUCH a bad experience. We would rather eat it and deal with it than call them again.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a gentleman who, despite being busy with deliveries, took the time to guide me to a sales representative. There were a couple of people ready to assist, but I decided to work with Graciela. She was amazing! I came in with my pre-school level drawing, some rough measurements, and pictures, and she kindly helped turn my ideas into a professional cabinet design. Graciela was super friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Since I was in a rush to beat traffic, she offered to text and email me the quotes, which I really appreciated. The prices were reasonable, and the selection they offer is impressive. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back to complete my project. Thanks again.

The prices here looked promising, but the customer service really took away from the experience. The lady helping us seemed uninterested in assisting us. Whenever I had a question, her answers were very short and didn't make us feel like she was interested in helping. Eventually, I stopped asking questions because it was clear she wasn't really in the mood to provide good customer service. It was disappointing because it kind of killed the excitement and vibe we had going into the process of planning our new kitchen.

I got many quotes for kitchen cabinets and their price was outstanding and the amount of effort and attention to detail was terrific. The other cabinet places I went to didn't seem like they had the time to talk to me or care about my actual layout but Cici made a free 3D rendering for my and brought up every issue to my attention. Everything was thought out ahead of time which I really appreciate instead of finding out during installation that a drawer wouldn't be able to open because of my dishwasher handle or something. The team made everything work even when I was difficult with a specific sink I wanted they altered the design to make it work. Highly recommend them. Poor Quality, Incomplete Installation & Lack of Communication…read moreVery disappointed with the quality of the cabinets and, especially, the installation. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting kitchen renovation has turned into a frustrating experience. The workmanship and attention to detail were far below what I would expect from a professional cabinet company. The photos speak for themselves: Cabinet doors/handles were installed unevenly, with visible differences in alignment. Cabinet interiors were left with unfinished/incomplete work, including missing shelf-pin holes needed to properly adjust the shelves. There are visible holes, damage, and rough areas inside the cabinets that should not be present in a new installation. The backsplash/stone was installed without properly accommodating the existing electrical outlets, leaving the outlets without the necessary openings to install the cover plates. Several aspects of the installation appear unfinished and require additional work to make the kitchen properly functional and presentable. The installer had extreme difficulty communicating in English, which made it very difficult to explain concerns, discuss the installation, or have issues corrected as they were identified. What is particularly frustrating is that when I brought these issues to the company's attention, instead of simply taking responsibility for completing the installation properly, I was told that some of these issues were supposedly someone else's responsibility or would require additional payment. I paid for a professional cabinet installation. I should not have to accept visibly poor workmanship, incomplete installation, or pay additional money to have basic aspects of the installation completed correctly. The pictures included with this review are not minor cosmetic complaints--they show the actual condition and quality of the work I received. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company carefully inspect every cabinet, door, shelf, handle, outlet opening, and finished surface before making final payment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Very disappointed with the workmanship, communication, and the company's handling of the issues.

I will state only facts about some of the things we've had to redo because of Diverse inefficiency. Eduardo will write back with excuses for everything saying they weren't at fault! If you read their reviews, they always blame the homeowner when they mess up! Fact: Our project was delayed by MONTHS because material was not ordered. I made a call to manufacturers , it was cuz materials weren't ordered! Fact: we now have less cupboard space cuz measurements were wrong! Fact: I had to hire a different contractor to finish work cuz Eduardo said "it's your fault for changing "... We NEVER changed anything! Fact: I had to hire a professional to redo our grout and flooring cuz it was installed so poorly. Fact: I had to hire a plumber to redo plumbing because Diverse installed new plumbing incorrectly! Eduardo will say " you didn't give us a chance to make things right" ! You had already installed incorrect the first time AND I definitely had NO trust in your abilities to make it right! We had several water leaks, hot water instead of cold in our laundry room and many other problems because Diverse installed incorrect! Fact: I had two inspectors and two different contractors all saying that our remodel was done by someone who clearly did below average quality workmanship. We spent well over $140,000.00 with Diverse Home Concepts for a poorly constructed kitchen remodel ! I've left off many more things that went wrong, I only hope that if you use this contractor, you trust your own instincts and stay diligent with them!
