We were ready to buy a new house because our house was dreary, dark, and generally cramped. Then my wife forced me to see the Marvel like superheroes at DHC. We thought showing them our house would have scared them off, but instead like Babe Ruth calling his shot, Eduardo confidently said, "you're going to love your house once we're done." I laughed at the young man which was a huge mistake - I'll never again doubt a superhero with general contracting and INTEGRITY as his superpowers. Obviously, I blame Eduardo and the DHC team for making me screw the seller of that house, because not only do we now love our house, but our house actually makes my wife and I feel good. Yes, we feel good in our house because of the work DHC performed. Weird, right? Look, I can talk all day about how the perfectionists at DHC transformed our house into our dream home, but take a look at some of our pics and I hope Eduardo will post more of the before and after pics - so all of this makes sense. I didn't have many before pics because I thought I was moving. Working with DHC was an absolute pleasure from start to finish and the 3D renderings didn't even begin to reflect how great the finished product turns out. DHC's integrity shined through in every aspect of their work, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the entire remodel process. This is important to us since all we heard before starting the process was remodel nightmares including how people wouldn't show up and that it will take longer than the contractor tells you. DHC promises then over delivers! Their skill and expertise are evident in the flawless execution of every detail of our house, from structural changes to the finest finishes that even I thought were over the top. So, my wife and I give our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Eduardo, Pricilla, Rafael, Victor, Ivan, Brandon, Johnny, and Nico, our dark and dreary house has been transformed into our dream home that we absolutely adore. Their commitment to excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction truly exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home. Five stars all the way (only because 6 stars wasn't an option)!

Wow! Eduardo, your continued unprofessionalism and incompetence continues to amaze me. How you have any positive reviews is baffling. $32 k?! I wish!!! I'm sorry did, your record-keeping fail you again? Your direct invoice and quote for the amount we paid is attached straight from you! $37,000!!! All the add-ins and change-orders are a direct result of the poor initial estimate where we thought work was included and it was not!!! You purposely sent someone who has no experience in conducting the actual work, no expertise in home construction (Priscilla), who promises all upon initial consultation and apparently misses all of it in contract and miscommunicates with you. We think it's included in the contract, because although you pride yourself on detailed contract itemization, (laughable since we had to order you to itemize your stuff further) it is absolutely far from! And you are literally on POS status for blaming the leak on us?!?! WOWZERS! You actually wrote that on here...our fault?! Man oh man! Your people left behind exposed plumbing, you had no clue, you didn't bother checking work... and you have the audacity of blaming it on us not wanting to install your piece of crap faucets as opposed to the ones we had ordered with you months back?! You want to blame supply problems?! We got the "elusive" faucets in one day, driving down the street to the local faucet shop!!!!!!! Amazing gall you have! BTW another contractor just showed up to complete our other restroom and although he hated "belittling" another company, he could not believe the price we paid for the little amount of work and crappy installations and workmanship! BOTTOM LINE: The project went way past any timeline (months), went way over budget, and you caused significant damage to existing and new materials in the home. You should be ashamed of yourself for all the heartache you caused and not on here trying to justify a project that just went very wrong.

Eduardo & his team did a really outstanding job on our kitchen. As you can see in the before pictures how tiny our kitchen was. We had to knockdown 3 sheer walls to open it up completely. Eduardo & his team made it look easy they are very reliable & punctual. Every time I was stuck between cosmetic options, I would look at Eduardo for help & he was so good at recommending what would look better from his experience. I love the fact that he does renderings so that you could see what your kitchen will look like. 10/10 recommend their work.

I received multiple quotes for my kitchen and they were the most reasonable priced for the design I wanted. Eduardo and his crew were all super nice and trustworthy and I never worried about leaving the house for work. They always cleaned up after themselves and wore masks. I did have a slight issue with the work an electrician did on the job but Eduardo was quick to call him to fix the problem. Eduardo was also always super nice and responsive to my ongoing changes and questions. I love my kitchen. I would definitely use them again for house renovations.

Our kitchen was renovated about ten years ago by the original owners and while functional and in good shape we really wanted to give it a fresh look by updating the countertops and backsplash. Diverse Tile Works helped us to accomplish that. After interviewing Eduardo and a trusted referral, we felt that Diverse TW would deliver the best result, so we scheduled a date to begin. Through the whole project Eduardo answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. Project area and working space were protected and left clean after each day. As other reviews mentioned, Eduardo and his team are very respectful and trustworthy. When the project was completed, my husband and I were extremely impressed with the craftsmanship of their work and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future. Thank you very much for your great work.

The Diverse Tile Team did a great job on remodeling my kitchen, both bathrooms, both of my fire fireplaces, and my family room. In fact that first kitchen you see on this site is mine. They also removed a drop down ceiling and removed the popcorn ceiling throughout the house. They did the work around a year ago and just came back to fix a very few minor issues. Eduardo, his dad, his uncle, and the other contractors he utilizes are top notch. I was always kept posted on the job as it progressed. Thank You Diverse Tile Works. We will see you on the next project.

    Kitchen backsplash

My last project of the house --- backsplash. I found Eddie on Yelp and he gave me a competitive quote. I did get a quote from other company which is 1k more than Eddie's. His crews are very professional. They all wore mask and shoe covers while inside the house. This project took a little over 1.5 days to complete. Eddie's store room has a lot of selection of tiles. He was able to get me 2 pieces of samples so I could make the final decision. Please call Eddie if you have any house project, they can do everything!!

I found Eduardo's company on Yelp. His reviews were excellent. He came out gave me a very competitive quote and explained in detail how he would do the job. I hired him and then scheduled a start date. They showed up on time and ready to work. They do excellent work. Clean, neat and very professional. I highly recommend them !! Thank you Eduardo and your father for doing a great job !!!

I found diverse tile works on yelp, so it's only fitting i write a review. If you read the description of their company, you will find every part of their own description is true. Eduardo was extremely patient & ready to answer numerous questions that my husband had. They are very trustworthy & do quality work! I had to leave my house a couple times while they were working & felt comfortable doing so. They're a smaller company which means there is definitely quality control. They're honest & hard working. I will be a returning customer for future projects. Thanks diverse tile for your beautiful work.

built in tub was replaced with free standing tub

My master bathroom remodel went better than I could have imagined. The 30 year old large bathroom needed light boxes removed, a wall removed, shower enlarged and built in tub removed to place a free standing. Eduardo's estimate was clear of the stages they would take, draws needed at each stage and he allowed me to use my credit card to take advantage of points they offered me. The crew was the best I've seen and I've had most my home renovated. They made suggestions which helped me, shopped with me to pick out tile, etc. I couldn't love my bathroom more! Thanks guys, I highly recommend!

I found this company on Yelp. After getting a few different estimates we decided to go with Diverse Tile Works. We felt Eduardo was an honest person and his prices were very reasonable. We also liked the reviews on his page. We signed the contract and they started demo that Monday. This company is a family owned business. All his workers were very nice and respectful. We stayed living in our home throughout the whole process of the construction and they set everything up so its as convenient as possible to walk through and keeping things clean. We did a very big project and the whole thing took about a month. We never ran into any problems. They showed up on time everyday and worked hard throughout the day. My family felt very comfortable with them and we even took a mini vacation while the workers stayed at our home. Everything came out beautiful! Please check out my photos and give this company a chance. You wont be disappointed! They have a lot of experience in this type of work. The tile work is neat, clean and even. The install process was smooth. We had a very good experience and we will definitely be using this company in the future! Thank you so much for bringing our vision to life! :-)

Re: We would like to respectfully clarify a few points in response to Greg's reply message…read more Per Greg's direction, we were told to reconnect near the end of our project--specifically after countertops, finished plumbing and appliances were installed--so finishing work could be completed. Our appliances were installed in early May 2025, and we reached out accordingly, again during the summer and subsequent attempts without response, and again in December prior to move-in. At that time, we were told the remaining work would take approximately 1-2 days to complete. We have made consistent efforts over the past year to schedule completion, with extensive documentation (emails, texts, and call logs) showing multiple follow-ups from our side. There have also been several periods where we did not receive responses for weeks at a time. The cabinetry was largely installed in April 2025, at which point approximately 95% of the contract amount was paid as requested. Despite this, the project itself is not 95% complete and remains unfinished. To clarify, there was not a "9 month disappearance" as stated. There was a brief 2-day delay in April due to unrelated home issues, after which communication resumed and has continued since. We have an email acknowledging this from Greg with an apology. We also provided Greg with our contractor's contact information to coordinate final plumbing connections related to appliance installation. We have messages confirming this. Any difficulty connecting was not due to lack of access or coordination on our end. In December, after multiple attempts to obtain a timeline, we were told the project could be completed at the end of February. That timeframe passed without completion, and we were not proactively informed of any change or date. We followed up again and were told Greg was significantly behind on other projects and unable to provide a timeline. We then sent a formal request via email and text for a confirmed completion date and did not receive a response. At this point, several months have passed without a confirmed completion date for a project that has been largely paid for, which has been difficult to manage from a homeowner perspective. We have documentation of all communication and are happy to provide it for transparency if needed. Additionally, Greg is currently still in possession of some of our shelving, cabinet panels, doors, and mesh drawer components that we purchased. As of today, the remaining items include, but are not limited to: * Missing cabinet doors * Appliance panel installation * Mesh vegetable drawers * Missing and incomplete shelving (kitchen and living room nook, as well as inside cabinets) * Crown molding installation * Correction of uneven cabinet reveals (including at the island as shown in picture below) * Shelf edge banding/finishing showing exposed plywood and mismatched color * Visible gaps between cabinets and walls * Missing knobs and handles * Cabinet paint and stain touch-ups These items were expected to be completed to achieve the custom cabinetry finish that was discussed. We have photo documentation of these outstanding items. Throughout this process, we have remained professional and patient in our communication. All correspondence has been respectful and documented. We have made multiple good-faith efforts to resolve this directly, but to date have not received a confirmed plan, response to our formal messages, email or date for completion. Our goal has always been to complete the project professionally and bring it to a close. We have waiting patiently for months and still remain open to resolving this, but we do need clear communication and a confirmed plan and date to finish the work.
