They came very close to the lowest estimate I received. Once I got several gleaming reviews from personal acquaintances, I knew Need-A-Fence was who I'd choose. Victor was always accommodating and very patient while it took over a month for our neighborhood covenants committee to receive/review our "Architectural Change Request" (Heritage Property Management -- another story!). The crew that came out was right on time and spoke english well. They worked very fast and had 370 linear feet installed in just two 9-hour days. We looked at a lot of fences to decide which one we wanted, and with Victor's guidance, we chose a 5-foot dog-ear picket. It turned out better than we could've thought. We are so happy with it, but the dogs are even happier to get to spend some time outside! These guys were great! We had some trees removed from our back yard and found that it was much larger than we had expected. We needed a fence so that our dog could enjoy our new back yard as much as we did. We gave these guys a call and they came out to give us a quote. We were expecting to have to split the fence install up over two halves, one now to close in the yard so the dog could run around, and a second one down the road to finish off the fence. The quote we got from Need A Fence for the whole fence was a little over what we had budgeted for the first half so we actually went with the full fence in one go. And they were fast! It was originally going to be a 4 day project and it was done in 2 days! It was amazing to watch them work and the fence has changed our yard completely! Wow!! What a great fencing company. The whole experience was great. The owner called me back ASAP, we set up and appointment for the following week. He arrived on time and was wonderful to deal with. I explained I was renting the house, but I have dogs and need fencing. I have two dogs of my own and I show dogs for others. It is VERY important that the fence be secure. I had another quote from another company, although it was couple hundred dollar cheaper I was not sure they understood what I need.
