Several homes in our subdivision needed to have their fence replaced or repaired. Follow up review. We had some warping and buckling issues with age, I've had to already repair some boards that fell out. (Fence is about 20 months old). I understand that wooden fences age and need maintenance but it seems a bit premature for it to be having these issues. I was willing to spend money to have them redo the fence, but they can't come out until next winter, six months from now? I guess I will use a more established company to get it replaced. read more

I'm very pleased with the work Chris and his team did installing a aluminum fence at my residence. I got several quotes to do the job and Viking Fence was by far the best price, this fact made me a little skeptical, knowing that the best price doesn't always get you the best results. My project required a lot of coordination primarily on my part... Chris worked with me every step of the way; I had property I needed to sale to acquire funds, trees that needed to be removed, a surveyor to hire, HOA approvals, plus I had to work in a prepaid vacation. Despite all of the challenges, Chris's team did a thorough detailed job that I am very pleased with. Upon my inspection I missed the fact that one of my four gates was slightly damaged... one of Chris's team members noticed it and replaced the entire gate the following day. This is the worst company to use for PVC fencing! Chris,the owner, never even came out to our location to propose an offer or to view contractors work. The supervisor sat on her phone for close to the entire day. Workers were not skilled in construction of PVC. Their construction was sloppy, uneven, used screws on the outside of the fence, gaps between fence sections, two gates were put up incorrectly- springs were incorrectly placed, they used spray paint to cover up the screws that they used, they destroyed our beautiful pavers during installation, The gates do not close properly......even after discussing all the errors and sending numerous photos of the crappy workmanship....they still were unable to fix all issues because of the lack of skills of his crew. When the workers cut into our propane line, the unskilled workers poured cement mix over it, 4 times. Chris never even came out after that, he did pay to repair the new propane line. And lastly, the workers defecated in our yard and left a napkin to cover it, no dog wipes that I know of! Tried to contact Chris for manufacturer of PVC, replied to email suggesting another company...but never told me the info on the fencing! Stated that they are universal. read more
