My family of 4 was on the way to Florida from Massachusetts. The Uhaul we rented seized and died in the middle lane on the busy New Jersey tpke. Highway patrol required us to be towed us to an abandoned Sears parking lot (at OUR EXPENSE $500.00!) in a very sketchy area. Uhaul didnt even return our calls. The only help we had, was from Rob at CES. He got us towed to his lot and advocated for us to get a new truck, transfer of contents & a place to sleep. Uhaul was totally unbothered about us being stranded with 2 kids a cat a dog & a hamster with a truck containing all of our possessions thousands of miles from our destination. Without Rob and CES we would still be sitting in that lot. I am forever grateful to CES. I strongly recommend this business. read more

There are so many ways our brakes failing (on the highway, in the middle of the night, 2 hours away from home) could have been so much worse... But thankfully Rob was there in under 20 min to help. I was leaving Newark the other evening and all of the sudden my tire went from normal pressure to 22 psi. It was about 930 pm and I had an over hour drive which I did not want to risk driving on that tire. I do have a spare but I did not want to drive over an hour on a spare. I found a gas station, put some air in the tire, went on Yelp, and found this amazing place! Rob met me at the shop which was (minus my slow driving) about 20 minutes from where I was located. He was so professional and friendly! His company beyond deserves the 5 star rating! Bobby and Angel just saved the day! We park our car in an underground garage and discovered it would not start. We tried to jumpstart it, bought a new battery, accepted assistance from AAA, called two separate tow trucks in an effort to have it delivered to a repair shop, and welcomed a house call from the mechanic... all with no luck. Amazing service! We were in quite a bind on a Saturday with a vehicle that wouldn't start and a long drive to VA. I came across this towing company by looking at google maps searching for a towing/repair service. I reached Bobby who was able to help us immediately. He said he could be at our location within 40 min.... he arrived within 15 minutes!! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and honest & quite a relief in a stressful situation. Our situation was unusual and any tow/repair company could have EASILY taken advantage of us- we were in quite a bind & desperate. Bobby diagnosed the issues on the spot, towed our vehicle and immediately started working on it. There was no waiting, zero delays, he made us a top priority & worked on it all weekend long. This Tow company by far was one of the best that I have encountered. From my first interaction on the phone to my driver Brian. My car broke down and as my luck would have it ,where my car broke down wasnt close to my house. Sadly Uber was cheaper then their,pick up service But Brian made up for that by his professionalism and conversation. What can I say about this place. Well few weeks ago my Van broke down on a Sunday. No place was open except CES. I woke to Rob, who turned out to be the nicest most sencire guy I have ever met. As you all know, sometimes you really can not trust a repair shop. But Rob went above and beyond in making sure he kept me informed and explained the problem. Even though he could not fix the Van because he couldn't get the part, he was awesome to deal with. The van is now repaiered and runs great. I live 97 miles away from CES, trust me when I say this . Totally inept. I was involved in a minor accident that, unfortunately, required a tow due to some anti-freeze leak on the road. The CES flatbed operator pulled away without regard for the tree that was near the curb. The tree branches scratches the entire right side of the car causing over $5,000 in damages; more than the estimate for the accident itself! This guy "Rob" has been elusive and totally uncooperative to the point that I have no choice but to file a suit. The incident was witnessed by a local cop who responded to the scene AND summoned CES to the site. CES? I don't think so. I'd rather push my car. read more

What a Sh!thole of a tow yard. They tell you to call before you get there so a driver can meet you & release the car. You call 1 hour ahead and you still wait alongside train tracks on a dead end street for someone to show up for an extra 45mins. . Then they open the gate & point to the car and walk away on their cell phone like they're doing you a favor. Maybe the town should use a company with a physical office instead of a mobile one. read more
