Now that the order was not received correct the first time the time for advertisement is just a few days away! Will not recommend or ever return to the store!!

I hopped on Yelp and found Gabe of San Ramon Computer Repair. I believe in supporting small businesses. I let him know what was happening and explained that I was a small, lady run business and couldn't afford to be down days as that this was a working trip and I was flying home in 7 days. He completely understood my predicament and that time was of the essence. He asked for the make and model of my laptop and gave me a few options that would be the utmost convenient for me with minimal disruption to my work. The battery came in and unfortunately it wasn't a battery issue but that my laptop was well past it's prime and toast. Chase, an employee was incredibly helpful with answering all my questions on what type of laptop to purchase for my needs. He offered to remove any data needed off the laptop and also offered to dispose of my laptop. So yes, I didn't end up needing their services and yes, I am still leaving a 5 star review. They are truly a great company to work with.

I was in and out of there. It was about $60 (I can't remember how much) But it was a good price for me. I was pleased with the work! I forgot to take a picture of the sweaters but I the gift ended up being a hit! I recommend them! Note: this was for one embroidery on two sweaters. Then once that was finally approved I realized I'd over committed myself to making shirts my son and his cousin came up with for Father's Day and there was no way I could make them myself as Father's Day crept closer. So super last minute I called Roberta to see if she could do those too and figured while I was at it I might as well also have her make some shirts for my baby with my family's business logo on it. Pricing was very reasonable and she got all of my custom shirts to me within a week and they look fantastic. Can't wait to see how our school shirts come out!
