Needed some patches made for a jacket I was putting together. Neff was one of only a couple companies who had the capability to design the patches online before ordering. I didn't need the chenille type patch and Lori was able to help me make a more basic patch at a much more affordable price. The patches were just what I was looking for, and cost a fraction of what I would have paid elsewhere. Docking a star, because when I initially tried to get help via their online chat, the individual was very slow to respond and not very helpful. Also, shipping took a little longer than expected. No one at Neff will give me a straight answer as to where my patches are. They have given me 3 different shipping dates and a tracking number with no information found when you put it into the UPS website. Neff told me it would take 20 days for production and 5-6 days in shipping. I ordered on 11/8 and today is 12/14. All I want is the items that I ordered and paid $500 for, and a straight answer as to when I will receive them. read more

It's a shame that I only have the option to give one star rather than none. I placed an order for two four inch patches and it took nearly ONE MONTH to receive them. I kept emailing and I could not get a clear answer on where the patches were or when I could expect them. Finally the patches arrive and they are EIGHT inches wide! I immediately contact customer service, provide a picture of the patches with my tape measure to show length, provide my receipt which shows the correct size I ordered and wait for a response. I kept following up and was told someone would get back to me. It took one month for someone to get back to me and they said they could re-do the patches. That was not an option as I had waited a month for these and did not want to do that again. I asked for a refund and was told that someone would get back to me. Two weeks later I receive a message stating I need to send the patches back first before they can process the refund. I say send me the shipping label. This time it only takes a day to get the shipping label. Two weeks have passed and I was contacted saying that I need to send the patches back if I want a refund. Now I am thinking, you have the proof the order is wrong, it's taken so long to even acknowledge that on their end, do I want to send this back and wait another month or do I cut my losses? I have accepted that I may not get my money back, but I will send it back and see what happens. While all of this has happened, I placed an order with a competitor of theirs and received the correct size patches within a week. There was however one word that was incorrect on the patch, I contacted customer service, showed the photo of what I received along with my order and they Fedex'd a corrected patch to me within two days. I received the wrong color on patches for my daughter's letterman jacket. When I looked at the packing slip, they even had the wrong school listed. I called and was told to email them a picture, that they would look into it and make sure it was taken care of. Well I just received an email and was told that customer care team stated I selected the wrong school and color. WHAT!!!! I know what school my kid goes too and I did select the correct school and color!!! When I placed the order, the school's athletic director was right front of me. I wanted confirmation of the color, Vegas (which is a dark gold) which is why he was next to me when I ordered. Very disappointed that the blame is be placed on me for a mistake made on the their end or whoever made my daughter's patches. Angry that I'm being asked by customer care department to place another order and pay them more money for mistake that wasn't ours for new patches. They obviously will not be sending me the correct color patches or give me my money back. The colors for Sandalwood High School-Jacksonville, FL. are navy blue and gold. The NEFFCO website has a template which automatically selects the colors so you cannot deviate. There is a design display when you are ordering to show what you are paying for. The display was a cartoon but it had the correct school color. What I actually received in the mail was a thin lightweight cheap looking flimsy jacket with black sleeves, black body, brown stripes. I sent it back to NEFFCO via UPS with the label provided and paid $16.32. I received a phone call from Customer Service Representative: Tifany M. stating that the jacket was in accordance with the school template and if I were to hold the jacket up to the light a certain way, I may see a blue thread. She said no refund or replacement would be made. I told her that regardless of what he data base reads, the color of the jacket does not match the school colors. She gave me the contact information to Regional Sales Representative: Mike Faulkner. I emailed Mike Faulkner asking if there was a possibility that the company template for the school was wrong. He invited me to his residence to view his color samples. I replied that I will bring several school uniforms to compare. He called me on 3/25/2018 stating he was on his way out of town and that a meeting is not necessary since he has sold several jackets to Sandalwood High School without any complaints until now. Their prices are lower that the competition for a reason. Get your jacket from another website and pay the extra money or you'll make up the difference in money saved with shipping back to the company plus court cost for small claims court. read more

If I could give a 'zero star' rating, I would. I placed an order a month ago. When I had not heard anything, I called early last week. First they couldn't find my order though I had received a confirmation email and THEY HAD TAKEN PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT. They promised to call me back. No call. I had to call again the next day. Finally got someone who found my order and promised it to me for yesterday, latest today. When I called yesterday, they said they would call me back. No call. Today I asked for the order to be overnighted since they had messed up. I called this morning and called several times to check up. Each time I was promised a return call. Finally I got through to a supervisor (my call, not his). I was told since they had already sent it to shipping by slow boat, they said they could not help me. Because they put me off all day, even though I found one of the items elsewhere, it was too late to overnight them. Our banquet is tomorrow. Now I will have to give kids an empty promise instead of their award. Here's the best part, they did a similar thing to me last year. Thought it was strange they took my card information over the phone, until the service was so nice then I felt super relaxed. Got emails back from them very fast. I have worked with Neff Co three years in a row, and each year is more and more of a nightmare. I have ordered the same patch three years running (different years on them, of course) but this year they assembled them with incorrect colors. Customer service apparently has a policy of a single communication per customer per day, because I am unable to carry on on a conversation with them. Most recently I am told to call them so I can pay to have the order redone, but the voice mail tells me they are closed. At 2PM in the afternoon. Terrible customer service, and it has gotten worse since they were bought by Jostens and the operation was moved off-shore. Go somewhere else. The cost savings are not worth the hassle. read more

If I was able to leave less then 1 star I would. I cant tell you how disappointed I am in Neff Co. Not only did I order with them 1x and they messed up my order (and quality of patch was not up to par) but I gave them a second chance and ordered again. This time it was worse then the first time. To ensure my order was in the best of hands- I contacted a customer service rep. This rep was less then competent. I am the first person to ask to speak to a manager to applaud fantastic service and this was the first time I actually called to complain. Despite my horrendous customer service experience and lack of knowledge from the rep- I never got a confirmation email or a tracking. When I asked for a confirmation to approve the ship to and order, she said "online orders dont do this." I complied and said "ok heres to hoping." Well- fast forward 4 weeks later- I email Neff to ask about my order. They tell me its arriving today. When I got home I didnt receive it. I contacted UPS with the tracking and they told me it wasnt sent to my address. I had to wait all weekend for them to open on Monday - to find out that they shipped to the wrong address. I finally walked up and down streets to find the package and located it. To which Neff told me " We shipped to the correct address." I asked them to email me where they shipped and it was not entered correctly. My email stated the correct address. **Point 1 on why I wanted email confirmation of my order. I open up the package- send to my sewer to find out that the patch is spelled incorrectly. **Point 2 on why I wanted email confirmation on my order. I am beyond frustrated with my experience as this is what they should be experts on. Not only was my first patch made terribly, but my second order was incorrect all in the name, shipping and service. I did contact a manager and they are refunding me for the patch. This company is atrocious! I placed my order in November and I still don't have the jackets! My original ship date was long ago. 4 calls to customer service and speaking to supervisors. I have been lied to, promised calls back with every call (have never received one), told they would reimburse me a partial amount (not done), told when they do ship they will overnight (just talked to an agent who said it is scheduled for ground shipping 5-7 days). BUYERS BEWARE: POOR WORKMANSHIP, TERRIBLE END PRODUCT, DON'T GET DISAPPOINTED OR RIPPED OFF!!! Our school ordered lettermansome jackets for the seniors and I am horrified at the shocked at the sloppy & illegible lettering on the embroidery. I don't think they have quality control or some overseeing dept. That inspects the finished product before shipping because they did a poor job. The school name on the back has threads sticking out on all the letters edges and it looks like they took an exacto blade and cut around the lettering for what reason I don't know but when u look at it from a distance education you can't even read it!! The letter K looks like an H, and the name on the front only ants can read it. I think it's about 1/2 inch big and not even centered, these aren't cheap jackets!! it's very cheaply made. I know I can't do anything about it because it's custom made & non refundable but I at least expected a well made product when I ordered it. It was time to order high school letterman's jackets but because of covid the representatives didn't come to our school but instead sent paperwork home to order. After viewing I saw the jackets were light weight & not what I was looking for in a winter coat so I contacted rep & was instructed to order patches thru Neff. I did in October & was charged $145.04 for 4 patches. I explained situation to their customer service & was assured the correct patches would be sent. After waiting almost 2 months I received incorrect patches that were not what school designed or even right sizing. After contacting Neff they said they would not replace patches unless I wanted to pay another $145. After arguing with them & speaking to supervisor I was assured they would remake appropriate patches & by now it's December & I still hadn't received any patches or even a mock up to approve they were correct patches. I contacted Jostens which is rep our school used & she stepped in to help resolve issued. It was decided to cancel patches & Neff would give full refund & I'd order jacket (which I didn't want b/c of quality & have the patches sewn on at time of purchases. By February I only received partial refund for incorrect order Neff sent. I would never recommend Neff & am certainly going to recommend school used someone else for future orders. read more

February 4 I called and was told they're still in processing I waited a week called them back at that time I was told they were going to expedite the order and I would get an email that day with the new shipping information. Today is February 9 I've called three times today each time I was told the supervisor Audi was down on the production floor getting my order expedited and she would call me back in a few minutes I've never received a phone. I called again was told she's at lunch I called again waited on hold for 10 minutes and then was told by the recording that they are too busy and cannot take calls and to leave a message. I hung up and called back and now the recording says their offices are closed which is an hour before they are supposed to close. I've never had such horrible customer service and will never order from this company again. And I am the high schools football president. I would not use this company! Read the below reviews and you will see that everyone has similar experiences. I placed on order in November 2018 with customer service online to make sure I got color and size right. Placed the order and received the patch just before Christmas - color and size was wrong. Sent an email with picture to show it was wrong and no response. When you call customer service, you get an agent from another country who has NO information and cannot give you any contact information. They simply say they can send an email. No response...call back in another week...they say they can send an email. Finally, I start sending various emails to addresses I find online and website. I get an email that it is in "production" and they cannot give me a date of shipment. This is two weeks after the email with a picture has been sent. This time I have a number at the end of email. I call. She says is will ship out in another two weeks (exactly 2 months after original order). I ask if she can expedite the order being that this was an error and she says she will send an email. This company SUCKS. I ordered my letter jacket over 3 months ago and it STILL hasn't came yet. First, they said that the letters were made incorrectly, then they were back ordered, then they were lost in transit. IT NEVER ENDS!!!!! I could have cobbled this together faster than this company. Whatever you do, DON'T choose this company, they BLOW!!!!!!!!!!! For $300, I sure expected a more professional experience and not have to wait over 3 months. I too agree if I could give less then 1 star I would. This is by far the worst Customer Service experience I have ever had. I started this order process for a letterman jacket for my daughter in Sept finally in Nov I called and ask them if they were ever going to get my order placed. The Customer Service Rep was completely incompetent. Finally got it through his head I wanted to order the jacket. He took my credit card information and told me it would be in the process. He sent me samples of the way the name was spelled and they were correct. So waited a couple weeks called to get update because they never sent any conformation information about my payment or anything. We were supposed to receive it by Christmas that did not happen. So called again asking about it and supposedly they got backed up so it did not go out till almost a week after Christmas. Then they verified where it was to go and I did say which state. Well got tracking information they sent it to the right city name but wrong state. So again had to call and get that straightened out. Took them a week to get back to me to let me know they were having UPS pick up the package and send it my way. Well guess what almost a month later yes in deed got the jacket today. They spelled her last name wrong and it was a large and she is only 5'2 and weighs 118 pounds so needless to say it was wrong. Contacted yet again Customer Service and they are supposed to be getting back to me. At this point there is no point she graduates in May she is not even going to get to wear it at all. It is way to big. I doubt very seriously that they will make this right. They have never even offered me any kind of a discount or anything. This company sucks, we ordered our letter jackets in November and they still haven't arrived. I payed $250 for something that is 6 weeks late. They keep pushing off the date it will arrive first it was Monday then it was Friday then it was 2 weeks from then. Still no letter jackets, they are uncoordinated and obviously don't know what they are doing. They messed up the first batch of letter jackets, the letters weren't sewn on and stuff was backwards and wrong. Another thing is that the company won't give the school accurate information to pass along to the students like where it is coming from or how long it will really take for it to arrive. It makes being late 10 times worse when you dont acknowledge the fact that you are behind on a delivery and keep making promises that you cannot fulfill. I have never written a review in my entire life. I am usually very understanding of people and circumstances companies might run into; however, I had one of the worst service experience I have ever had with the Neff Company. I ordered generic pins for graduation, I kept waiting for them in the mail, never received them, so I called them - they said they were backed up in orders and that the pins would not arrive until middle of June - I asked to have it expedited - even then it may not be in on time, but I still agreed and hoped for the best since I really needed these simple pins. I looked around and found the same exact pins on AWARD EMBLEM - for a cheaper price. I called them, told them that I would not get the pins on time from another company, they were very understanding and sent the pins over night shipping with no additional rush fee. Then, immediately I called the Neff company to cancel the order and they said they "put a note in" to cancel the order. They said I will get an email or phone call when the items have been cancelled. The next week, a package from the NEFF company was at my door - I figured I could just return the items to them, no big deal. Well, they do not accept returns apparently since items are customized...I understand that, but these were basic generic pins that I found elsewhere, and were no customized. They also didn't even bother to tell me the items already shipped or did they try to contact me about it.
