Their driver had no problem sitting in his truck doing absolutely nothing until we had a specific size ball hitch. He wouldnt unhook the lift, set it up, nothing..... until it arrived. When we came back, he didnt even bother to check if we got the right size, he just proceeded to unhook the lift. Look at their past reviews.....just find another rental company.

We keep getting bites. We did some researches and found out heat treatment is a better method to eliminate bedbugs. We found out those companies are charging 2k to 3k. So we decided to rental the equipment and diy it. There are many companies online are agency. They basically sub it out to other rental companies. After number of phone calls and messages, we found Vicent and he is the owner of the company. He has been doing this for years and he sounds very professional and honest. During the process, he follows up with us even in the middle of the night. He provided all the necessary equipment and everything was very up front, no hidden cost or fee. We just finished the process yesterday and It was great working with him. Highly recommended.
