I drove over seven hours to pick up an auction item--an RV that was severely misrepresented in the online photos where the blame of poor pictures was put on the auction company. To make matters worse, I was treated quite poorly by a staff member named Ryan. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I want to make it absolutely clear: I did not call or threaten anyone, nor did I give you permission to charge my credit card. Your only response was to involve law enforcement, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. This behavior is nothing short of scumbaggery and reflects poorly on your integrity. Their so-called free U-Haul truck offer? Total bait and switch. I was slammed with a ridiculous $1,000 bill for just three days, and I had no contract or any prior communication with them. When I confronted the manager, he was nothing but rude and aggressive. He yelled at me to leave and threatened to call the cops for trespassing, insisting I wasn't even a customer. If that's true, why the heck was I charged such an outrageous fee? His response was pure hostility--no explanations, just intimidation. To make matters worse, they have the nerve to record conversations without consent, which is illegal in California. This is just another sign of their total lack of professionalism. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. The manager's behavior is disgraceful, and the entire experience is infuriating. Don't waste your time with these incompetent clowns! This place went down hill fast and I couldn't get my stuff our of there fast enough. Came back from a trip with my RV, and there was a Van parked in my spot in front of my trailer. They wouldn't do anything about it except contact the owner and I had to wait until they came and moved it. They did allow me to park in another spot until the Van was moved, which took 3 days. Good thing I didn't need my trailer that the Van was parked in front of. Their main gate malfunctioned and took a week to fix, during that time they broke into my trailer and stole my generator and tools from my trailer. Management did nothing except file a report which probably got tossed into the trash right after I left. Every six months they kept raising the rates, what i was originally paying $154 a month was almost up to $400 a month. Also, one of my neighbors damaged the brake light on my trailer and again management did nothing about it. Their camera systems are a joke. Outdated, resolution is horrible and they are so old and sun damaged you can't see anything from them. Completely useless! read more

DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS OR EQUIPMENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO GET STOLEN!!! My family has only parked their commercial vehicles here for three months and one of them was stolen this morning out of the yard. When the driver went to tell management that their vehicle was stolen he was told to come back in 30 minutes by both employees because they were on lunch break. Once they finished their lunch break they were rude to our driver and once they finally reviewed the camera footage we discovered that 75% of the cameras in the yard do not work or are so dirty rendering them useless. Their attitude was the equivalent of giving us the finger as they did not care that a vehicle stored in their yard was stolen. They take no responsibility whatsoever for your items that are stored here. Very unprofessional and absolutely no compassion towards whatever you're storing there at their yard. read more

Yes it's cheaper but if you want access to your own property and someone else is blocking you, Ryan (the manager) will not accommodate other than "call" the people to have them move. Oh but if they are in another state- well you can't have your RV until they are back! Yes- this means having to postpone other appointments or camping trips because others won't follow the rules. When you decide to leave and no longer use them- you do t get any partial month back even though they didn't give us access to our own property! The ladies in the office are nice- but man- no clue how and why Ryan is a manager when he won't help remedy a problem! read more

Worst experience. UHAUL should cut all ties with this place. We had a reservation for an auto trailer at 2pm and arrive shortly after 1:30 to get the paperwork started, etc. There was a sign was in the front window stating they would not return until 2:15pm. After waiting outside, tried to call UHAUL, I decided to ring the Ring Doorbell. I was told that they were at lunch and would open at 2:15pm. I replied that our reservation was at 2pm and the response was "it is t even close to 2pm". Long story short, UHAUL cited that even though this place doesn't have a lunch time (according to their notes), this is just an unfortunate event that doesn't happen frequently. Well, there are no other trailers available in our area and 2:15 pm puts us out of range for the time we need to be where we were going with the trailer. Now we have to figure something else out, and again, no trailers are available tomorrow. Needless to say, this place is full of lazy, incompetent, don't care about the paying customer employees and you should patronize any other business but this one. Save yourself the frustration and wasted time. UHAUL should stop allowing this place to carry their products and services because it really is giving them a bad name. read more

I have been a customer for approx. 2 years and only have good things to say about staff and storage space. The Storage property is always very clean, there is a private customer restroon, staff is friendly and have always helped when I've had questions or concerns. Monthly automatic payments are available and make my life way easier. I would give them a 0 if it was available. During this pandemic even if you are late nobody locks your storage unit. I made a payment and my husband loaded up our SUV to deliver some items. When we arrived there was an extra lock on our unit not allowing us to go in. My husband waiting and tried multiple times to have someone come and open it since we paid around 4pm. The hours say closed @ 6. The time of our arrival was 6:50pm. When we got someone on the phone that said to come back the next day. We have had multiple units throughout the years and never did I get treated like this. read more

This place has good move in specials but will raise the rent regularly thereafter. The manager picks and chooses when he decides to stick to their policies or bend the rules. We gave notice to vacate on the 1st, I spoke to more than one employee about handing over a unit on the 1st... ahead of time... they never reminded us of their "contract" said ok just to wait for the 1st then just to tell me we have to pay the whole month because we it had to be handed over the day before. They waited so they can hold us liable for an entire month when it was going to be empty. We told them we lost our job due to covid 19, said they'd work with us but in the end just charged us anyway. And suddenly other rules they never upheld before, they are now enforcing because it suits them in taking people's money. We will be leaving more units we have there. RENTER BEWARE SHADY, SHADY PEOPLE WORK HERE!!!! I called to rent a unit. Unfortunately my move date got pushed back because of covid-19. They still charged me and didn't want to issue a refund and didn't even bother tell me I was still getting charged. Even after I called to let them know twice that I will not be needing the unit until a later date. They don't mind taking advantage of the pandemic. Which is just a bad look overall. I can tell you this I'm sure business is struggling in these rough times. You might have taken my money but you could have made more money in the long run.
