I was a few months into my job search. I was getting quick responses from several companies just based on my resume which was encouraging. I'd talk to the recruiter and they'd quickly pass me onto the next stage (interviews with the lead or team). I always felt they went well but didn't materialize into an offer. I had an opportunity at Capital One that I really wanted to nail so I called on Wilma who was referred to me by my husbands business networking group.
