Sometimes they are for a day, sometimes they may last a week or two. There are moments where there are potential long term assignments. However, those don't come by too often. The pay is weekly, and they are quick about fixing errors on your check. If you have a car, there are more opportunities for you here. Jobs are usually between $9.25 and $12.00 per hour. It's a great place for people trying hard to find a job but can't because of certain things on their record. My only issue is the wait time. However, that's to be expected; so I can't complain too much. That's why I gave them only four stars. Other than that, it's a great place to get a few buck for a while until you find a job. Word of advice: as long as you go to work and keep Minute Men posted on any issues and changes, you will be fine. Once you start leaving the job site without notifying Minute Men's knowledge, they will not help you anymore. They MUST be notified, and they recommend you finish out the day before quitting. I would recommend it to people trying to make ends meet until they find something and for people that may have a record and trying to start over.

I came in around 11 and there wasn't a wait like I was told there usually is. I was helped immediately and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I have never filed unemployment before so I wasn't sure everything I was supposed to do based off the email I was sent. Working with this agency over the last couple of weeks was absolutely horrible! The staff is disorganized, unprofessional, has poor customer service, and losses/can't find your file. The staff answers the phone as if your a bother to them. They say they'll call you back but won't. I sent an updated 2016 resume and called about any opportunities available. I was told they never got my resume. I resent my resume only to be told by someone else that the first resume I sent was received. I did a prescreening 2 weeks later the staff couldn't find it; so, I did another. I calmly informed the Office Manager about my recent experiences. The Office Manger immediately got a loud nasty aggressive attitude, stating "Well if the quality of service is so poor, why you want to sign up with us anyway?" I reminded her that I already signed up in 2011; I'm just updating my file. Informed her the people at EEP were never like this before but I guess things and people change. I told her I wanted to talk to her about what was going on instead of just putting another poor review online.
