Whenever I call and ask to speak with the agent, I get transferred to someone else in the office with the same " how can I help you". I then have to repeat, I would like to speak with his agent. Why can't they just transfer me to the agent? 2nd issue, this agent has been taking my fathers money for many years. But now I rarely get a timely call back when I leave a message.
