We had a fairly large project involving different fence types, four different gates, and also logistically difficult due to our hill and delicate plants. We worked with Jacob to make a plan and work out details and needs. Jacob assured us the plants would be avoided as best as possible, and went over what should be moved or tied back to help ensure they were protected. Inevitably a couple of plants were just too in the way, but overall the team took lots of care around them. There was a little delay with the posts we went with and Jacob communicated wonderfully about this, and worked to get us in immediately once the posts were finished with the fabricator. Cristian led the work crew and was an excellent communicator throughout. We ran into a couple of underground wires that were not properly marked by the marking company, he was extremely remorseful and one of the guys ran out to get parts immediately to put in a temporary fix. Again, this was not their fault, yet they took responsibility. The team worked hard for several days, always communicating what was happening. They were respectful, and not loud (except for power tools as needed). The project made a bit of a mess, I was a little worried about clean up, but Cristian assured me they would be doing a full clean up once the project concluded. They did such a great job cleaning up! So not happy with our fence & gate. I got multiple quotes & went with this company. I stated I wanted the fence the same height as the old one - it was built considerably taller. Completed before I could check & counter - so I just went with it. Looking down from the top, post caps were put on askew & trellis rails not nailed down properly. After about a year, multiple posts warped. Those were fixed. Now my gate is completely off & unusable as the post has split. They refuse to fix. Lesson - the warranty doesn't really cover much. While it does state "5 year warranty on all posts" it also states that they won't cover "Swelling, sagging, shrinking, warping, cracking or splitting of wood". So what does the warranty cover? Our old fence stood for well over 15 years without issue. read more

These guys are true to their name, Neighborly. Jacob and Joey and the crew are fabulous. They will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. I had a gate that was difficult to install because of the odd shape terrain retained by rocks. We didn't want large gaps because it could be used by our little dog to sneak out. To resolve this problem, they made custom cuts to the gate to close the gaps and it looks nice, too. I was impressed by the quality of the wood and hardware they used. They even used stainless steel for a stronger longer lasting hold. The oversized treated posts were buried deep and secured with plenty of concrete for strength. Pros: Use good quality wood, hardware, and stainless-steel nails. Very nice people and a pleasure to deal with. Some contractors are gruff, but these guys are neighborly. read more

Our Story: We acquired our home just as the pandemic was peaking. And 2 summers had past and we thought it is about time to finally replace the fence - because the first owners did not do any upkeep and it was already in a terrible shape that we feel it would not survive this winter, especially Snoqualmie get a lot of wind. I personally had searched far and wide for fencing companies - some recommended by neighbors even. But most of them are either not responsive, priced too high, and overall, you get that vibe that they are just kind to us because they wanted our business but when the job is done and it is not to your liking, they would ignore you all together if you would ask them to fix it. But for Joey and Jacob, I can feel the genuineness whenever they communicate. They are patient yet thorough in answering my questions and explaining things. And what is best about them, they are flexible and very responsive. They respond within the day! So long story short, we chose them to do our fence. And they did not disappoint! They were very professional - would arrive at a time they would say they would and would text when they are leaving (I was at work at that time of the build and never saw them except after the project was completed). And when the fence was up and we had one slight issue, they came back and fixed it as they promised! I could ramble on and on but in short - these young men and their team deserve the 5-stars.
