Cashiers were friendly and very informative and helped me decide on what I wanted. However both of our cinnamon rolls had raisins after saying we didn't want any on it. and we had to heat them up ourselves,. Apple juice was amazing but when I went for a cup of cherry coke the machine was out of syrup so I just got sparking water. I love this place, even if the main reason is they serve Blue Print Coffee Beans! I use to live one block over from Blue Print in law school in Saint Louis. This is one of the best beans and voted the best of the best in the midwest. Things to Note: 1) Blue Print Coffee beans served and sold. Unfortunately, it isn't a pour over like the original location. But this is the ONLY location in Springfield. 2) Free Wifi 3) Lots of space to eat in groups or as an individual 4) Casual. Order at the Counter and they bring it to you. Please note that you order your food, pastries, and drinks in different sections. 5) Better than Panera. Who the hell thinks the Saint Louis bread company is better also likes Olive Garden. 6) Fresh baked breads. The paleo in me doesn't care here and they have Challah bread!!!!! Not baked everyday so call, but usually on Wed/Friday. 7) Lots of great Salad and Sandwich combos. One of our favorite restaurants in Springfield! I used to visit the Neighbor's Mill in Harrison, Arkansas, and was so thrilled when I found out they were coming to Springfield. The Springfield location is now our favorite. Everything at Neighbor's Mill is so fresh, and you can tell they use quality ingredients in everything they make. They make the BEST bread, and one of my favorite items there is just a simple toast. The atmosphere is modern, clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly, and they never make you feel rushed. I've enjoyed dozens of meals from here, and breakfast is probably my favorite time to come for coffee and a treat though I really love their salads at lunch, too. They also do catering. Five out of five stars! The food was delicious, the cake was beautiful and the staff was more than accommodating. I plan events for work on a full time basis, so I've seen my share of various ways things can be good and bad. There was literally nothing to complain about. The cake was Aaaaaamazing! Katie (the head baker) took a crazy idea and really made things work and the end result was so much better than I could have imagined. The staff were extra patient and accommodating, especially with COVID-19 being a major factor. French dip sandwich had pepper Jack cheese on it we asked them to substitute cheese for Swiss cause stomach can't handle spicy food sure enough it came out with very very little meat on it and melted pepper Jack cheese!!
