I have found a dr that does not charge me a copay which not only helps my back but Bank account. But my biggest complaint is there lack of customer service relations when your no longer a patient. I have called numerous times and never receive a call back, have gone to the office twice and still get no response from the dr and conveniently have lost my records. I'm sure if my call was to come back as a patient they would have not had that issue. Its been over a year that I started calling. Atleast have the curtesy and make a return call. For any one seeking their services please do yourself a favor and request your records before leaving the practice.
