Brianna assisted him, and they worked together in what appeared to me (the uninitiated) as perfect coordination. So once again, thank you for a stress- and pain-free dental experience! ___________ Two days ago I had an appointment at a different office in the Mid-Peninsula Medical Center, and I noticed a sign for this new dental office, showing they were now open. I wandered into the cheerily lit waiting room and made an appointment for two days later. It was my lucky day. Dr. William Broas (pronounced "brahss") recently opened the practice and is seeking new patients. He is a quite friendly and brisk, has been around the DDS community for many a year. Jennifer, the dental hygienist, was quick and knowledgable in her skill and trade, and made me feel at ease during the whole cleaning process. This is very important to me as I have TMJ, and the cleaning can be painful--but it wasn't at all! Caitlyn, the receptionist, was also delightful and efficient. When I set up my follow up appointment for my fillings and fitting for a mouth guard, she had all of the costs printed out, waiting for me so that I'd know what to expect. If you need a dentist, definitely give these folks a call!

Today I arrived at appt for my son and he was rejected being seen due to a balance on my acct that…read moreis being disputed with Delta Dental. The balance is for a chipped tooth I've had repaired 3 times at Morrison and it's still chipped. The first repair was May 4, 2026. It chipped the same week when I was flossing. I went back for the second repair and it chipped again within 2 weeks. The third repair lasted about a month and came off when I was brushing my teeth. I didn't reschedule to have repaired for a fourth time because the other repairs were not successful. I've been looking for another dental practice for my family however there's no current openings at most practices. I have $1500 HSA available and refuse to pay a balance for a service that was not successful. My son should have been seen today being that the office is aware I'm disputing the charge. They would not see him because I would not cover balance and to add insult to injury they're charging $60 cancellation fee when we were there and on time for the appt. They refused to see him. I have not been pleased with Morrison service at all appts cleanings and procedures. Today gave me confirmation that I need to take my family to another practice. They are short staff with hygienist and dentist. They do not do thorough cleanings and procedures as you can see with my chipped tooth repair this is still broken after 3 attempts. I do not recommend this practice.

Dr. Artzer always lays out my options in plain terms, treating me like an adult who can make decisions about his own teeth. His office has all the equipment you could need. The staff is wonderful! They are incredibly friendly and professional. Every time I go in they make me feel like family. It's pretty rare when a dentist's office can make a standard cleaning something I actually sort of look forward to. I enjoy coming here.
