Absolutely my worst experience with a business in years. After agreeing to clean a rug for $500, they charged $756 and were not able to clean any of the stains out of the rug. The original conversation was, "if we cannot clean it, I will let you know". When I was stating we had discussed $500, the statement was made, "had I seen the rug when you dropped it off, I would not have accepted it to clean". Absolutely unacceptable. Did he not see the rug ever before today? Then the gentleman has the gaul to tell me, "come back and I will take care of you". As if I would ever do business with you again. Absolutely criminal, steer clear of this business. Only chose 1 star as I had to pick a star to rate. My true rating is no star. read more

The service was then expected to be excellent.Right now, the rug gallery is only open to public three days in a week.The rug gallery is consist of machines and handmade products. I took an antique Turkeman with three huge holes and an enormous rip to Mr. Nejad's gallery several months ago. I honestly did not think it was possible to restore such a damaged rug in any convincing way, however, I picked up the rug yesterday and was astounded. The extensive repairs are absolutely invisible and so beautifully woven with authentic vegetable dye wool threads and yarns that it is impossible to locate the orginal tears and holes. The edging and fringe were restored beautifully and neatly and securely bound with great precision. Clearly Mr. Nejad's gallery retains the best and most knowledgeable artisans. I am very grateful. I used Nejad to have some of my oriental rugs cleaned. They came out great! I also purchased a beautiful Heriz rug for my kitchen. Mr. Nejad helped me select one after listening to the other rugs I had nearby. They all work beautifully together! He also EXPERTLY repaired a beloved Heriz rug I had inherited from my mother. I recently took my wool area rug to Nejad for cleaning,needless to say it didn't go to well. I received it back with more stains on it than when I took it in. It seems like they didn't want to clean it, they just wanted me to buy a new rug from them. Be very careful when you go to this store, they are not very trustworthy. I paid them a very high price to damage my rug. Stay away, there are a lot of better rug cleaners out there. read more

I had two large oriental carpets cleaned, which had to be picked up. The delivery people did a good job moving furniture to pick up and put the rugs down. The rugs were noticeably clean but a few stains remained. The price was a little higher than I expected. read more
