About 15 minutes later, I showed up at the store and Dave, a sales associate, was there waiting for me. He had already spoken with Garland and he was waiting to help me, as promised. He helped me in finding the best color and size of pre-cut carpet for my classroom, which was then donated to me. Don't put yourselves through the aggravation, terrible service and expense…read more I paid top dollar for Mohawk Premium Pet Resistant Carpet and padding. What I got was some kind of cheap, apartment complex type remnants with seams throughout the living areas. They refused to make the corrections so I had to sue them, and won. I now have a lean against them filed in the Bucks County Courthouse. I ended up hiring "Olden Carpet", down the street from them, to come in and rip out the Bucks County Carpet and Floors crap and re-do the entire project. Olden Carpet gave me the Mohawk Premium product I asked for in the first place. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves and removed all the trash. All of this for the same price I was charged by Bucks County Carpet and Flooring for their bait and switch crap.
