This flavored powder can be combined with a liquid to form a substance which tastes like a flavored powder combined with a liquid. I believe it's supposed to help you lose weight. It definitely worked for me; after ordering one of their 16-ounce "piña colada" shakes, I took a sip and threw it in the trash. BAM! I just lost a pound! BONUS TIP: enter their store and check out the giant creepy Herbalife photos plastered all over their walls. It's like walking into the world's most nutritional cult.

BUT, this company actually has products that seem to be helping people and they really aren't trying to get you to 'drink the Kool-aid'. You can go in and get a protein shake (which they make in a wide variety of flavors) and a big cup of green tea for $5.00 flat. It's a meal replacement so if you are in the area and don't have time for lunch it's a no brainer. The service isn't always as friendly as you'd like, but if you can overlook that, the shakes are good and I personally know at least 3 or 4 people who have joined their weight loss challenge and succeeded. Since successful weight loss is all about finding what works for you, it may not be your 'cup of tea', but it won't hurt to give it a shot!
