And it was so worth the adventure. On our original visit we ordered the Belgian Waffle with fresh fruit. It was light and fluffy on the inside and golden crispy on the outside. The fruit was perfectly ripe and naturally sweet. We also shared a half order of biscuits and gravy. Obviously made from scratch. A warm fluffy and moist biscuit under a generous serving of rich and creamy sausage forward gravy. I couldn't stop eating it I ordered their ham and cheese florentine frittata, which was filled with yummy ingredients and had a creamy custard layer on the top. It was absolutely mouthwatering! They're generous in their portion sizes there. The ambiance was pleasant and cozy. With lots of windows that afforded the best views of the arboretum. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We continued to frequent this place, even after they relocated onto Main Street at the square. They are able to accommodate more guests than before, and offer more dishes and pastries. They put out a heck of a breakfast! You really must try their hospitality. Always friendly, always kind.
