I taste test a few flavors, get my bowl, add my toppings, and go to the counter and continue to wait over 5 minutes before I am helped. The only reason the employee came out of the back was because I looked up the place's number and called to get their attention. When the employee walked out the first thing he said was "Was that you who called?" which makes me think that people have to frequently resort to calling to get any service. I almost walked out and left my yogurt on the scale and it was more disappointing that he wasn't very apologetic. Only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 was because the froyo was fine.
